BATTLING La Toya has vowed to fight Debbie Rowe all the way in the biological mum's bid to get custody of her two children.

And she believes she should stay away from them for good.

"These are not Debbie's kids," stormed Jackson's sister. "Like everyone else in Michael's life she was motivated by money.

"She has always said she's not their mother. My understanding is that she is now going after the kids.

"I know a few things about Debbie and I will prevent that from happening. Michael was paying her every year. He loved those children.

"I have never met Debbie. She has only seen the children a handful of times. She has no interest in the kids and I'm afraid if she does take them she won't treat them right.

"In all honesty, Michael was the father of those kids in the same way Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt raise their adoptive children. Michael always said he was a single parent.

"I remember seeing him change nappies. It was funny because you never see him that way. He knew how to do it. He was quite an expert dad."

Deal

Rowe, 50, has been in secret discussions with the Jackson family and the superstar's estate lawyers over the weekend.

Her legal team is trying to broker a deal for her to see Prince Michael and Paris. But their grandmother Katherine, 79, hopes the former nurse may give up her bid in exchange for a $5 million payout.

The two women have agreed to put back the custody hearing for seven days until July 20.

Meanwhile child services in Los Angeles have investigated short-term custodian Katherine and Jackson's father Joe after an undisclosed complaint about their suitability to raise the three kids.

Rowe has already expressed her fears about Joe - who whipped and beat Michael as a child - having any control over the children.

A Jackson family source said: "Katherine and Debbie are talking. They want to sort out a deal away from the courts.

"Katherine feels that Debbie wants cash. Debbie says she wants the family to be raised in a safe home.

"It's likely Debbie will also push for Joe to be removed from the home permanently to avoid long term contact with the kids."

MICHAEL Jackson's father Joe is reportedly preparing to take his grandchildren on a world tour as The Jackson Three.

Mr Jackson is said to want to put the children on a world tour in 2010 and has already offered recording contracts to two of Jacko's three kids.

His approach to Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and Prince Michael II, 7, - known as Blanket - has angered other members of the Jackson clan, who fear touring could expose the children to exploitation.

News of his plans comes after Mr Jackson - who Michael Jackson had claimed beat him as a child - told reporters that Paris had shown talent as a performer and that Blanket was a very good dancer.

Latoya is correct.i suport her.debbie loves M.J's money not his children.i hate her because she said that paris and prince1 are not M.j's children.I will never belive that.she is making the time more rough for the children.they dont need that kind of mom.

Michael's Babies should say with the Jackson Family NOT GREEDY COW DEBBIE ROW who only wants Michael's Kids because he left them everything and MJ has left enough songs so last for decades so that means a lot of money will be left for his kids. My pint is when Debbie saw the will be wanted to kids well using the kids to get Michael's Money. just like ms jackson didn't protect micheal from joe she will not protect these children.and latoya what about all the books and interviews she did about the abuse done to her!! she needs attention and now she has aplatform ,she makes me sick!!all they want the kids for is to ensure they keep the money rolling in and these kids are there only chance now yet they say all rowe wants is money!!! they are on there way to destroying all the good left in the jackson name, and mom isn't divorced from joe!! and never will. joe's already paid to be on tv and now planing atour with jackson babies who have been sheltered from the public , makes me want to throw up

To Paris and her brothers...No matter where you all will be brought up, the important thing is, you three siblings should love each other, be more caring and stay together in all circumstances in your life as I hope your daddy also want things like that..

I am hearing so much of what the "grown ups" are concerned about...money, and not much about what is going on with what is truly best for the children. I do not believe it is in their best interest to go to their "birth" mother, first because she does seem like a money grabber but second is because the three kids need to stay together. I am not a fan of LaToya or Janet but I would think that they would make better parents to the kids because even with some of their shady backgrounds, everytime you see them with the kids or talking about the kids, they really do seem to care and love them with all their hearts.

Unfortunately, this is going to drag out for longer than it should and the ones who are going to really be hurting is the children. I am sorry for them. I hope that God watches over them and protects their hearts that they can come out strong and loving through all this.

As for the rest of them, I hope they all just grow up and they can get to the bottom of all the lies that are being spewed about.

These children have just had the worst thing happen to them that anyone could imagine & now that money grabbing cow Rowe is apparently wanting them or should I say wanting more money.
If she was that bothered about them, why did she not try to get custody when the alleged abuse case was against MJ ???
Leave them with Janet, La Toya or Jermaine. you can tell they are very well loved.
I know MJ wanted his mother to look after them, but he probably never thought he would die before her.
Cannot stand his father though - another money grabber.
