Plans are being hatched for a hologram image of The King of Pop to appear on stage beside his brothers for a series of concerts.
Jacko's dad Joe and his brothers Jermaine, Tito, Marlon and Jackie who were part of the Jackson 5, are behind the idea.
They aim to have footage of Michael from his past group and solo tours projected at gigs next year.
The Thriller star would be following Elvis Presley, who "toured" the world in 2006 - nearly 30 years after his death - when a hologram of him was projected alongside a band and orchestra.
A friend of the Jackson family said: "They think the best memorial to Michael would be to have him back on stage for that final time - like he wanted. Michael's dad and brothers think a world tour, where footage of Michael is projected on stage alongside live musicians, will go down a storm.
"They also believe Michael's children will appreciate seeing him on stage in front of his fans as that's something they never did. They think Michael would love the idea that he did fulfil his comeback dream by following what Elvis did.
"It is the perfect tribute to their superstar brother."

As much as I love his brothers it was Michaels tour not theirs and now they're just trying to get back into the spotlight.
However if the idea goes ahead I will go to the show as I never got to see Michael live and this will be as close as it gets.
I just hope Joe doesn't get anything for it =/

Have you also killed this amazing idea?
Now....they'r going to do a film out of 100 hours of rehearsals - do you think that's a far better idea than a "live" hologram last concert?

I think this is all well and fine, providing and i mean providing, that all monies raised go only to Michaels children and Michaels charities, and to no one else especially that greed stricken Joe Jackson.
Wake up everyone, its time people saw Joe Jackson for who he really is,Michael cant speak for himself now,but we can.

I agree that it should simply be Michael and not his brothers, he was a legend in his own right, far superior singer/performer to the rest of the Jacksons. I for one would love to go see a hollogram of him performing as I was not lucky enough to have seen him perform when he was alive.
As for his so called father I agree he is a greedy sick ugly little man who I believe drove Michael to change his looks to such an extent.
RIP Michael they can't touch you now.

They said to the media that maybe now they will leave him allone .
But his father and brothers can not leave him rest in peace and now they will going to do what he will never ever ever wanted to do again and that is do concerts with his brothers .
They couldnt controle him anymore when he was a live and now his dead and he can't fight it anymore they're back to controle him and make money of it .
I pray for his children and hope that MJ watch over them .

Can you make a concert or song with Elvis and Michael's hologram both singing in that song?????

I knew from the day michael died his family would start making money out of him why the surprise? And joe Jackson you won't be ashamed of yourself but by god you should be! your a disgusting greedy old man, your main concern should be your son's beautiful children they are only babies they need you ALL now more than ever, this is reality for them this isn't dream catching get a grasp on reality and think about others for once in your Greedy thougtless misrable life..
The Jackson brothers and sisters should take joint custody of michael's children, they have natural instincts with them, it was nice to see the family we're cuddling and kissing them as you would your own children, don't stop they will need that for the rest of their lives, you never stop missing your beloved parents no matter what you age x x x

If they go on with these projekt....
I will only go to see it if i was shure of the money will only go to his kids.....
It was a tour MICHAEL JACKSON made.... not his father and his brothers.....
Also i will feel it wierd to see a show without MJ....
( somethings missing )
Instead i think they could make a DVD of his last show rehersal , they have it all in tape.... then people could see his show with Mickael in it....and the money for these DVD´s should go to his kids... !
So his brothers and maybe his children could make there own show named : we remember and missed Michael Jackson.................. with there own songs and music in it... Not Michaels... !

It would be great, if it happens so. as Jackson wanted it truly in his final days and he was mentally prepare for it. He was rehearsing and everything was prepared but at the very moment , thing changed.
THe idea is great but if only the other brothers and the father would be discarded from the scene. Jackson never planned for them to be a part of the show and he was performing solo. So if the family really want to give him honor and fulfill his last wish , then let it do selflessly and the only STAR is supposed to be Michael Jackson. Why earn browny points of his effort???Thats it........

Joe has got to be a real "schmuck", as Michael would say (lol), if he thinks the world is gonna believe that he is doing this to pay tribute to Michael. The brothers may feel that this is a good release for them, but as for Joe, this is a way for him to seek glory for the Jackson 5. He's sick. Michael, rest boo boo. Joe's day is coming and so is the day of all others who contributed to Michael's demise emotionally and spiritually. So sad for an 80 yr old man to still be so damn self centered

Micheal Jackson was a beautiful star that shone brightly and brilliantly and we were all very blessed and honored to bask in his enormous talent. However the family chooses to cope with his death is their personal affair. I hope that if this is done, it is without any selfish motive, for Michael cannot speak for himself anymore and it seems that he couldn't even when he was alive. I hope the family remembers one thing however, as we all must, and that is that stars, no matter how brilliantly they shine, once they've fallen, must not be gazed at too closely. They can hurt our eyes. Let's leave this one alone as he wanted to be in life, surely we can respect his wishes in death.

I have seen Natalie Cole do this and its amazing, I think it would e awesome if they could have his son that was going to do concerts with him be there also, they could raise money to help Micheals charities

Considering Holograms are still Science FICTION, I doubt this will happen.
By DUMB.. Posted July 6 2009 at 6:44 AM.
leave it to joe jackson, to try and capitalize on his son's death. Have we even seen the man mourn? He's too busy trying to play puppet master, to the rest of the siblings. The article compares, the hologram thing to what Elvis did, but Elvis did it alone. I'm sorry but,if the remaining brother's jump on this opprotunity, to tour with a hologram, they are just as sick in the head a joe jackson. Yes, michael started with the jackson five, yeah yeah, but Michael became a solo act a long time ago. Nobody wants to see the remaining brothers, riding Michael's coat tails after his death. I say if this goes through, and your a true michael fan, you'll protest it. Don't allow Joe Jackson, or any other family members the power, to capitalize on Michael's death. God, i'm so disgusted.

What a sick idea
By sonia.. Posted July 5 2009 at 11:44 PM.
I find this extremely disrespectful. It's great to hear all his music on the radio and videos on TV... and new unreleased music would be fantastic. But this is just a money spinner for Joe Jackson who has already had enough bad press. I suggest sabotaging this idea if it goes ahead. May Michael Rest In Peace, xxxx
By Lorrain.. Posted July 5 2009 at 10:23 PM.
joe jackson is scarey he bullied his family end of you only have to look at his evil face michael didnt like him all his interest is ,is money although i think the hologram concert sounds good its not the same :( and his children will be confused i think the poor children are hurting enough r.i.p michael you will always shine xx
By maz.. Posted July 5 2009 at 7:46 PM.
I think this project is a grat idea but would like to know if it's going to be considerated for all around the world because I'll be always a Michael's fan but I'm Mexican and would be fabulous if this Michael's hologram is going to be showed here, too!
I never meet him and if this is a way to know him would be a dreem turned real for me!!!
By Paola.. Posted July 5 2009 at 7:19 PM.
Joe Jackson is a greedy sick ugly little man who has no interest in what Micahel would have wanted, he never did and never will. His children will not be seeing their father on stage, they will be seeing a hollogram, and I am sure it would only confuse their poor little minds even more to see an image on the man they adored up on stage whom they cannot touch. We have his legacy to remember him by, the amazing music he left us with, they only have to listen to that to have their father back with them. RIP Michael xx
