5 dodgy doctors named to cops
US drug cops have been tipped off about FIVE doctors who it is believed supplied Michael Jackson with vast quantities of drugs.
The Drug Enforcement Administration phones have been "red hot" since they joined the investigation into the star's death.
One name that has cropped up is a Beverley Hills doctor dubbed "Mr Chill". The middle-aged medic has been linked to half a dozen A list celebrities who rely on him to write prescriptions for any kind of drug.
The DEA will also talk to Anna Nicole Smith's doctor, Sandeep Kapoor. The Playboy model died of a suspected overdose aged 39.
A DEA source said: "There are a small number of unscrupulous doctors in Hollywood who do this kind of thing. We know who they are."
The dodgy docs were panned by another doctor who deals with the fallout of drugs, running the Wonderland rehab clinic.
Dr Howard Samuels, 57, was contacted by the worried Jackson family who were trying to get Michael, 50, into rehab prior to his death.
He said: "Those doctors are just vultures - praying on addicts."
Last night Jackson's personal doctor, Conrad Murray, revealed how the singer had a pulse when he found him. Murray, who is not a suspect, is helping cops with the investigation.
