LAMA, Lama, Lama, Lama, Lama chameleon...

I'm A Celeb bosses wanted to turn the jungle into an oasis of calm - by inviting the DALAI LAMA into camp.

But the spiritual leader of Tibetan Buddhism Tenzin Gyatso won't come or go, he won't come or go.

Because the 14th Dalai Lama turned down the offer and had to be ommm-itted.

Executive producer Natalka Znak revealed: "We don't have any qualms about who we approach. We even had a polite rejection from the Dalai Lama!

"We like to get a group of people that you would never imagine hanging out together."
