FORMER rugby star Ellery has two strengths he feels will stand him in good stead on the ice.

Firstly, he like to fall over and secondly, he knows how to field 'verbal abuse'!

Speaking of his ice training so far, he said: "I have had a few stacks.

"I enjoyed falling. I think I have been lucky because of my sporting background and I know how to fall softly without bruising myself."
