The mash-up was genius

There might not be much going on in the house in terms of intrigue and controversy.

But sometimes when you're watching the tasks you have to admire the work of that particular team in the production department.

Because they have been pretty much top quality throughout this series.

Challenging the housemates to make their own pop/rap/Bontempi mash-up was genius. There's nothing more amusing than watching a load of puffed-up artistes grappling with their art.

And those costumes were fantastic.

The best one?

Well, it would be easy to go for Verne's Pat Sharpe/George Michael hybrid.

You might even harbour a special respect for Terry's Jimmy Saville ensemble.

But for me there was only one standout. Tommy.

Cos it takes a special kind of talent to take a bloke who already looks like a Status Quo roadie. And make him look even more like a Status Quo roadie.

Sadly, for Tommy I don't think C4 want him around for too much longer.

The order the evictions will take of course is anyone's guess.

3rd Ben

2nd Coolio

1st Verne
