HUNKY Celebrity Big Brother star Ben Adams has confessed a dark vice secret-he PAID a hooker for sex.

Bedding famous showbiz stunners and countless admiring groupies for free just wasn't enough for the randy A1 boy band singer.

Ex public schoolboy Ben revealed how his red-light lust flared while on tour with his now defunct pop group in Thailand.

"I think you've got to try everything once," he said. "I was in this strip bar and all these naked girls were massaging my hands.

"I just thought, 'Oh well, I'll try it!' and went with this other girl." Sadly there's no record of what the prostitute thought of the encounter but Ben, now 27, proved less than gracious when he declared:

"It really didn't do a huge amount for me. It's always like, if you can sleep with people WITHOUT having to pay them, then why f***ing bother?"

One of A1's entourage said: "I remember Ben coming back to the hotel and giggling about it like a little schoolboy. I asked what he'd been up to and he told me. Ben thought it was all a bit of innocent fun. He didn't realise how serious it was. If people had ever found out at the time about what this big boy-band star had been up to he'd have been crucified."

But posh one-time choirboy Ben was never short of female company after joining A1 as a teenager in 1997.

They won a Brit Award, scored eight top 10 singles -including two Number Ones-and had beautiful women falling at their feet. In 2001 he stepped out with Hollyoaks babe Jodi Albert, now engaged to Westlife's Kian Egan.

Four years later he spent eight months having "mind-blowing sex" with S Club 7's Jo O'Meara, who got caught up in the racism row on the LAST Celeb BB in 2007.

Then he dated Miss England beauty queen Eleanor Glynn. Ben and Jo, 29, first met in the late 90s when their bands were competing to top the charts.

But they only got together after the groups broke up and and they were working on a duet. Ben told us: "We went out drinking one night and just clicked. Our relationship quickly became sexual. It was weird but definitely wonderful.

"Sex with Jo was mind-blowing. Boring sex was NOT on the menu.

"Jo's not the type of girl I usually go for. But Jo's got something to get hold of. She's all woman.

"She wasn't into sexy lingerie but that suited me fine. My theory was it always ended up on the floor anyway."

Our source in Ben's A1 camp added: "He really was insatiable. But who could blame him?

"Shame he let himself down with that hooker though."
