Greek Cypriot Demetrios Demetriou, 40, and his boy Lagi, 12, who mix traditional Greek dancing with Riverdance moves, won the public vote.
The duo dreamt up their routines to entertain family members at their restaurant - and on last night's show their backing dancers were family pals who used to work at their eatery.
Judge Amanda Holden said: "I just love love love you. It's just, I think you are great dancers, very funny I love that you love each other, I love that you are family.
"You are everything this show is about and if people don't vote for you then they are insane."
And even Simon Cowell added: "I should hate you, it's sort of rubbish but brilliant. It's you that I really really like, I can't take it seriously, and it's incredibly infectious."
The hilarious duo will be joined in the final by singer Shaheen Jafargholi, 12, who the judges put through ahead of Liverpool dancers MD Showgroup.
Tonight's semi finalists competing on ITV 1 between 9 and 10.30pm for the next two places in the final are:
Saxophone player Julian Smith
Dog star Tippy Toes
Burlesque dancer Fabia Cerra
Grandad and grandaugher duet - Two Grand
Singer - Callum Francis
Breakdancing pensioner - Fred Bowers
Street dancers - Sugar Free
Girl group - Brit Chix

I think Stavros Flatley duo are like a breath of fresh air. Their routines are fun, they are not professional dancers, its a comedy routine and each one is different. Their routine is a mixture of Greek dancing and tongue in cheek Irish dancing. They made me laugh, they had so much energy and enthusiasm and would be great in a show or in pantomime. I'm sure they have a future. Good luck to them, they have a wonderful relationship that will last and last. Its lovely to see such a close father and son relationship - that is what being a Greek Cypriot and eating plenty of souvlaki of course helps to maintain the waistline!!!!!!! Keep up the good work!!!!!!!!

Stavros Flatly are a one trick pony.
They should put more comedy into there act and it would be far more entertaining
