Amy's back from cheering up the troops

"IT'S BEEN a rollercoaster!" she giggles. You can say that again, Amy.

Since her appearance on BB8 she's been inundated with glamour work, she's joined our hero troops in Iraq, and she's even found time for romance!

But the brunette is in no rush for stardom, she says. Instead, she's looking for work "behind the scenes."

"I'm looking to maybe get into PR work," she admits. After stints in glamour and her appearance on TV, it's clear our Amy is looking for something away from the glare of publicity.

And with her kind of grit and determination we reckon she'll get what she wants.

Her work recently took her to war-ravaged Iraq where she provided a much-needed boost for our troops. "That was an amazing experience," she says.

Amd life has also taken another unexpected turn. Two months ago Amy met a TV presenter and the pair have been dating since.

"I was single for a year-and-a-half but now I've got a boyfriend!" she says.

Amy admits it's early days but she sounds optimistic about the future.
