BOUNCY blonde babe Sophie Reade had her "droopy" 30FF boobs fixed the moment she heard she was in Big Brother, we can reveal.
The 20-year-old glamour girl paid £5,000 to have them lifted and firmed -and here are the ONLY studio pictures of her new bra-busting 30GGs.
The Playboy model is hoping they will help her launch a lucrative TV and modelling career when she gets out of the house.

A pal said: "Sophie is a very big girl-she was making a good living as a glamour girl with her natural boobs. But she was worried they were a little droopy.
"She was delighted with the results. And she did one final shoot before she went in the house. She is so proud of the pictures."
Sophie - who also stars in a striptease video posted on the web, which you can watch here - is so proud of her new breast pals she has even NAMED them.
In her last interview before going in to the house, she said: "I call mine Mary-Kate and Ashley (after the American actress twins).
"Lads love big boobs and the bigger yours are the more attention you're gonna get."

And they certainly have been getting her attention-she was chatted up by hunky soccer ace Christiano Ronaldo but turned him DOWN despite confessing she fancied him in an interview.
She met the Portuguese Man Utd ace in a trendy bar in Alderley Edge, near their homes in Cheshire two months ago. She declined Ronaldo's advances - but later kicked herself for it.
Her pal said: "A friend said: 'He just went up to Sophie and said: 'You are my dream woman. I want you.'
"But bubbly Sophie was wary of his womanising reputation and snubbed him.
"Afterwards she kicked herself. If he asked her again now she'd probably say yes." Fame-hungry Sophie set her heart on being a model at 15. She even had an interview with the respected Samantha Bond agency in London-but they turned her away when they discovered her young age.
Her friend said: "The agency were so impressed they said that they would help her make it when she was old enough."

When she was 17 she first applied to go on Big Brother but was rejected because she was not old enough.
She was approached to do other reality shows, including Channel 4's Shipwrecked, but turned them down to hold out for BB. It paid off when she auditioned for a second time.
Her pal said: "Again the producers were drawn to her and knew from the start that she would be a ratings winner."
"She'll do well in there-just wait till they give her booze. She gets a bit wild then."

What? Her original breasts were perfect, totally sexy and REAL. They're not saggy in a million years - they would've been when she's older but not for a while.
Why do so many young women want to look fake? I'm a bloke who will freely admit to enjoying looking at women - I can't help it - but I don't want to see the immovable, unrealistic things that so many women seem to think are better than what they naturally have. She will regret getting her implants sooner or later. You can't improve on perfection. It's extremely sad that she didn't know what she had and now it's gone forever. Her body will never be naturally intact again and every 15 years she'll have to get her implants replaced. It's also pathetic that surgeons will do whatever the customer wants for their own personal gain. I hate breast implants.

Excuse me but I thought Big Brother was supposed to have people in the house who are the average joe public. Its lost its appeal for me as it just seems to be people who already have agents and have been turned down for jobs because they are just not credible and have no talent.
