SPLIT: Johnny and Trinny

TV fashion queen Trinny Woodall is to divorce her hubby after nine years of marriage, the News of the World can reveal.

She has split from businessman Johnny Elichaoff after a series of rows over her hefty work commitments.

The troubled couple-who live with their four-year-old daughter Lyla and Johnny's son Zak- had four months of talks to try to save their marriage.

But Trinny, 44, has finally decided to end it and is said to be distraught.

We first revealed the What Not To Wear star's marriage was on the rocks in June. Trinny has recently attended several events alone and appeared on TV without her wedding ring.

A close pal said: "They tried marriage counselling but are now living separate lives. They have vowed to end things amicably and are both devoted parents."

Johnny, 48, is likely to move out of the family home in the next few weeks. A spokesman confirmed: "The couple have sadly decided to separate."

Trinny shot to fame with Susannah Constantine on BBC1's What Not To Wear. They now host Undress The Nation after a £1.2 million switch to ITV.

I feel for her. I think that she has worked hard to get where she is now in her career and she should not have to give up her job. I am sure what we read in the papers is not the real story anyway and I doubt her hubby wanted her to stop working.. it was probably a matter of growing apart and feeling like they were suddenly feeling like they were no longer happy together. Anyone who has been through a seperation knows how painful it is and I wish Trinny all the best in healing and moving forward.

i think she should do whatever makes her happy, i love the show what not to wear! and think trinny is fab!

Oh please, why should a woman have to give up a job she loves just cos her husband can't deal with her having a successful career. Selfish man not selfish woman. I'm guessing the above poster would think twice if the shoe was on the other foot, and it was the man with the hefty work commitments.

family comes first, its not that she needs the money, and if she needs to work she should learn to balance it. we live and learn and then sometimes, we walk away. you never ever know the true value of someone until its to late.

Good Lord, Trinny is married to Graham 'Turnip' Taylor, the former Watford and England manager. And there was me thinking she hated football!

what a selfish woman. her work commitments clearly mean more thn her marriage or her kids. her stupid show will end soon its so rubbish and old hat and then she will have given it all up for nothing
