Gemma, 24, met top-flight movie-makers after flying out to LA to be filmed playing sexy secretary Eva in EA's military blockbuster Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3.
She said: "I want to be taken seriously as an actress and - fingers crossed - it's going well. I spoke to a producer who came in while we were shooting the scenes for the game. I can't talk about it - it's really frustrating, but there are some exciting plans"

Gemma has just teamed up with daredevil Jack Osbourne for new show Celebrity Adrenaline Junkie - and said shooting the scenes for the game was a real buzz.
She said: "I was a big fan of Lara Croft when I was growing up so when I was offered this character I jumped at the chance. At first I thought it sounded a bit geeky but when you watch it back it looks just like proper telly.
"It was brilliant to get into that character, being all bossy for a day. I was worried that because of my northern accent no-one would understand me, but the guys out there all loved it - especially when I offered to get a brew in! They were like 'do you mean a karfee!'

"In the game, Eva has a crush on the commander and so does another character so there's a sort of love triangle going on. She doesn't know whether to cross the line between the personal and professional.
She giggled: "There's quite a cheeky scene at he end where she invites the commander back to her place..I'm not telling you what happens next..."
But Gemma - who dates Wigan footballer Marcus Bent - added: "In real life I never mix business with pleasure. You see enough of your fella at home - you don't want to see them at work as well!"

"But I loved the outfit. My friends all work in offices and I'm always a little jealous that they get to wear pencil skirts and fitted jackets, going into the office looking all sophisticated - whereas I just turn up in my jogging pants and have my hair and make up done."
The game is set around the time of the Second World War but with Hitler wiped out by a time-travelling Albert Einstein. Players take on the role of one of the warring superpowers in a battle for global domination.
Gemma said: "It's a legendary game - but in the real world I always think why can't people just get on and live in peace.

"The lads we've got out there in Iraq and Afghanistan are doing a fantastic job and I'd love to have the chance to go out and see them some time but I'd be much happier if they could all come home and be with their families.
"My granddad and his brother were taken prisoner by the Japanese in World War Two - they used to tell stories that were shocking to hear. The way they were treated and what they went through is terrible.
"It's one thing to play a game or watch a film - but it's awful when you think that really did happen."

The I'm A Celebrity.. Get Me Out of Here! contestant said she is now putting her modelling career on ice to be taken seriously in the movie world.
She said: "Since I came out of the jungle it's been non-stop with offers to appear in lads' mags but in LA people won't take you seriously if you do all that, so I've had to put it on hold. It's annoying to have to turn down work but this is what I really want to do.
"My dream role would be to play a spy in the Secret Service - something exciting with lots of action."

Trafalgar Square between 7pm and 9pm on Thursday, October 30. The

extravanganza featuring on-stage game challenges, celebrity appearances and
live music from some of the biggest acts around.
