Funky Divas win NOTW pop competition
Four piece girl band set to be next Fast Food Rockers
THE brains behind the Fast Food Rockers are at it again - this time with the Funky Divas.
Pop Creations spotted the four-piece girl band after they entered the News of the World's Become a Popstar competition earlier this year.
Now the girls are set to be the next big novelty band.
The Fast Food Rockers got to number 2 in the UK charts with The Fast Food Song in 2003 - now the Funky Divas are hoping to go one better and get a number 1.
A source at Pop Creations revealed: "They're releasing a single called Diva Dance - we want to get everyone doing the Diva Dance.
"They were obviously talented girls and this will be a great pop novelty record. The Fast Food Rockers might have driven people mad but they sold a lot of records and were big at the time.
"These girls will do every bit as well."
