Jordan and Peter's new mansion used to be folk's home!

THAT'S an impressive frontage, Jordan...it's the ex-OLD FOLK'S HOME she's moved into with hubby Peter Andre and her three kids.

The model-whose boobs were 32FF at their biggest-and Aussie crooner Pete snapped up the seven-bedroom mansion for £2.5MILLION.

It was £500,000 LESS than their previous house-also in Surrey-and they are spending the difference on converting the new place into a family home. The couple, their sons Harvey, six, and Junior, three, and 11-month-old daughter Princess Tiáamii moved in on Monday.

And we have exclusive snaps of the sprawling pad (see below)-which has been empty for three years. The 1.5-acre grounds boast a swimming pool and triple garage, while inside the turreted house are a huge Velino kitchen, spacious living room with imposing fireplace, plus gym and playroom.

Centrepiece of the hallway is a grand marble staircase, which 30-year-old Jordan, real name Katie Price, will be able to sweep down to meet guests-or the reality TV cameras.

A neighbour, who last week popped in to welcome the star, said: "She was simply lovely-not like the loudmouth girl you see on TV."
