Adele's Kitchen

Adele roasts Abbey Clancey for letting her down... and reveals who she'd Silva service

KNIVES and forks at the ready... Hell's Kitchen star Adele Silva is about to serve up a feast of revelations on what she REALLY thinks of her co-star chefs.

For starters it's revenge served cold as she CARVES UP WAG Abbey Clancy, SLICES THROUGH disgraced Jim Davidson and ROUGHLY DICES compere Angus Deayton.

Then we move onto her dishes of the day - the fellow celebrity cooks who had her secretly SIMMERING with passion during the show.

And for dessert, the Emmerdale babe sensationally tells the News of the World how she's ready to PEEL OFF at the drop of a plate...

But first on the slab awaiting the chop from show runner-up Adele is Abbey.

"I'm completely gutted with how she behaved-she's 21 and so immature," says 26-year-old Adele of lanky Liverpool star Peter Crouch's girlfriend.

"I don't think of myself as a glamour girl or model like her. I'm an actress with a career"

"She didn't even seem to understand the concept of the show. She kept moaning about not wanting to kill the animals-but was more than happy to eat them.

Attack

"And when I was upset with Jim Davidson after he gave me a b******ing for burning the brioche, the least she could do was lend me some girl support. But no."

Disgraced Davidson-sacked from the 17-day cooking marathon for making anti-gay jibes against ex Big Brother champ Brian Dowling-gets a good panning from Adele.

"I've never witnessed a personal attack like Jim made on Brian-it was so wrong," she said. "There's a lot of things that haven't been seen. I know there were worse things he said than the shirt-lifter -stuff that wasn't shown.

"He said to Brian in the kitchen, 'Are you working on pastries because you're a poof?' and 'Are you sleeping in the girls' bedrooms?' Why would he? He's a man.

"Then on Sunday back at the house when Jim was kicking off Abbey was so worried about what was going on she hung her apron over the camera. Jim told her to take it down. He wanted the attention he'd get from being so controversial.

"He made me so sick I had to leave the room. He's never going to be someone I have in my phone."

Adele then gave compere Angus Deayton a peppering for cruelly mocking her mother Sophie's wavy blonde hair on the show.

"My mum didn't give two hoots-but he was bang out of order. The guy needs to be careful about what he says to people," she said with a steely glint in her eye that suggested she was imagining frying a couple of meatballs.

But when we talk about fellow contestant Lee Ryan, the glint turns to a twinkle-and the conversation gets spicy. With a giggle, Adele-who famously dated his Blue boyband best mate Anthony Costa for two years-admits she picked the WRONG pop hunk.

"Lee is fit and definitely more my type than Ant was," she said. "He's a cheeky chappy and I like him...quite a lot in fact. I'm not disrespecting my relationship with Ant, but if I'd met Lee first it would have been perfect."

Now Adele is planning to woo ladies man Lee over a home-cooked dinner and her now-famous chicken pie.

"I'm going to have to prepare the food for him because he didn't stay in the show that long! My chicken pie would go down a treat," she said.

If Lee falls off the menu, Adele's back-up dish would be Hell's Kitchen winner, 46-year-old Barry McGuigan.

"Everyone might have thought the sexy girls on the show would be a big distraction to the older guys... but it was the other way round!" she says.

"Barry had the most amazing body. I used to have a proper good old look when he was coming out of the showers with a little towel around his waist. Oh my God, the man's like a machine! I used to say 'Barry, put your body away'!' His physique was amazing."

She even confesses to a sneaking fancy for the intimidating Marco Pierre White.

"I can understand what woman see in him. There's something about his charisma that takes over you.

"He didn't take me seriously to begin with. That was obvious. I was determined to prove him wrong. I realised a week on as people started going that he was watching me and had become impressed. But I never felt I could be totally myself around him."

With Barry and Marco already taken, Adele is pondering the prospect of an older man of her own.

"I'm only 26 and I wouldn't say no to one," said the beauty whose last serious relationship was with Anthony. "But I always seem to end up with weak men and end up doing too much for them."

The actress, who plays Emmerdale superbitch Kelly Windsor, is now firmly focused on her career and is weighing up a string of lucrative advertising offers that could make her £2 million in a year.

And if men are not as forthcoming as the big money deals Adele is not too worried.

"I miss sex, of course," she said. "But I'm prepared to wait until I feel a connection with someone. That makes sex all the better. So it's worth the wait."

And if stripping naked for a man is on the backburner, baring all for the cameras could definitely be on the cards. "I don't mind taking my kit off. I go topless on the beach, so I'm not bothered," she said. "If the part was right I would do it."

Finally, if appearing on the show has taught Adele one thing about kitchens it's that they should be for food only.

She grinned: "It certainly hasn't inspired me to try out sex on the kitchen table-you'd just get breadcrumbs where you don't want them!"
