MADONNA is handing Guy Ritchie a £32 million divorce pay-off, the News of the World can reveal.

A CASH sum of £12 MILLION will land in the Brit's bank account in the next few days.

And the 40-year-old film director will also be given the keys to the pop queen's £20 MILLION Ashcombe House COUNTRY ESTATE in Wiltshire.

Guy will keep his £3 million Punchbowl pub but has signed away any claims on the superstar's £300 million business fortune.

And Madge, 50, demanded she KEEP their huge marital home in Marylebone, London.

The singer forked out to help Guy buy homes in the capital and New York to be close to their three children when they are with her.

Deal

Lawyers for Madonna and Guy finalised the financial deal after the couple's "quickie" High Court divorce on November 21.

The pair will share custody of kids Lourdes, 12, Rocco, seven, and David Banda, three.

Guy's pals insist he never wanted a cash settlement.

But a source revealed: "He is getting one lump sum imminently. Guy wanted to stay in their London home but Madonna refused to split it in two, and eventually gave him £12 million as compensation. She decided early on that he should get Ashcombe.

"Guy's ducked out of fighting over her fortune, even though he could be entitled to a big chunk."

A friend of Madonna said last night: "She is fed- up at reports that Guy is walking away with no money-she has sorted his finances for life."

But a pal of Guy, already worth £30 million, said: "He never wanted any cash handouts. He agreed with Madonna's demands to keep the peace."

I like madonna's style. Chuck it in if you are not happy. If guy was emotionally retarded, why settle for fish and chips if you can get big juicy good looking Puetorican stak out there. I admired her determination and self made millionairess due to her focus in her dreams. Its time women call the shoots and pay their husbands out. While they were married, he got on with his directing, tried to include her in his pictures, and when it all went pear shaped, hasn't gone for the Jugular, Heather Mills style.

What has she done? Carried on like a petulant 'Nan & Pop' star that she is now, cult carrying ons' & the Like, didn't like she couldn't control him, so she's scarpered...

He is still the Guy she married, she doesn't know what she wants, and not prepared to put in to make it work....

Just goes to prove that no matter how rich, experienced, sassy, successful, ambitious etc one might be, when it comes to the matters of the heart & marriage - we all are just human(fallible/biased/hopeful/self-delusional that it'll be OK as long as we love each other).

We are all searching for that ONE who is gonna make it better ultimately. Which is hard enough for a Joe Bloggs, never mind Madonna & Guy. If you are after naming the Martyr vs Villain/ess in this case, you're missing the whole point - it's just a bumpy & unpredictable old life, that is!

2 weeks ago we were led to believe that Guy did no want a penny. As it turns out, no matter what spin you put on it, his divorce payout is much larger than that of Mucca. Added to that, Macca's fortune at 800 million is much larger than Madonna's. Nothing like a bit of media bias to turn our heads.

If what is true in the news recently - i think its disgraceful of Madonna to ask fans to donate money to build a school or something like it for one of here hobbies in another country. They pay enough for a ticket to her concerts and she could certainly afford to build the school herself. Greed thats all it comes down to.

They are both quite mad and obsessive types.She on the one hand with her control freakery and Kaballah and he with his mockney lifestyle and dreadful films.
They are both rich and £30 million is nothing in the scheme of things. I just wish they would both do us all a favour and sod off.
