AMY Winehouse's double- barrelled husband is playing a double-dealing game as divorce looms, say friends of the troubled star.

Jailbird junkie Blake Fielder- Civil last week insisted to the News of the World: "I'm not interested in Amy's money. I'm not taking a penny off her."

But now a close pal of the Back to Black singer has told us: "That's all pretence - Blake has asked Amy's manager for £1MILLION to walk away from their marriage and not write a tell-all book about it.

"He's so two-faced. He just wants a pay-off. Money's his driving force."

Blake-sent back to jail this week after failing a rehab drug test-told mum Georgette that Amy's dad had already offered him £50,000 to divorce his daughter.

Georgette claimed that worried Mitch Winehouse pitched the secret deal after Blake confessed to the News of the World last Sunday how he got Amy hooked on heroin, crack cocaine and self-harm.

She said Mitch phoned Blake at his Life Works rehab clinic in Woking, Surrey, but Blake, 26, angrily told him: "If Amy wants to divorce I need to hear it from Amy-not you.

"You're organising your daughter's divorce settlement and she doesn't know anything about it. I'm not going to discuss anything with you."

With Blake back behind bars for assault and trial-fixing, Georgette again insisted he's not interested in Amy's cash, but added: "Mitch's £50,000 offer was an insult. Amy's worth £10 million and Blake's her husband. He's entitled to at least £3 million after all he's been through with her."

And Georgette confessed SHE fixed her son's escape from rehab for Tuesday's widely-reported bedside reunion with Amy at the London Clinic before giving himself up to cops. Some reports even claimed they had farewell sex.

Georgette told us Blake hugged Amy, 25, and asked: "Do you want to divorce me?" Blake's mum said her daughter-in-law broke down in tears and sobbed: "No, no! I love you and I will NEVER divorce you!"

BUT Amy's pals again accused Blake of weasel words. Our source said: "The truth is Amy's bouncers kept him away from her, while HE blubbed uncontrollably."

Amy - move on and leave this money grabber behind. His "I need to split from Amy so she will help herself" BS is nothing but that, BS. Geez Blake, I thought you were going to be a man and do the right thing. You are still a messed up, jealous piece of work. Good Riddance!

She should give him the dosh.
It will be the end of him within a month..

Then she'll be free to get back to life
with a little help from her folks.

It will be a real shame to loose her,
she's not a bad person..
just really lost with blakes influence.

Mitch is doing all he can, it must be really hard for him and Amys Mum to see her like this.

Blake and Amy are being such children that their parents have to start the divorce proceedings for them.

I've got to admit, they've pulled a new one on me; I've never seen anyone's parents step in and start the ball rolling on splitting a marriage...usually people in a broken marriage at its end are coherent enough to retain their own lawyers and such instead of Ma and Pa doing it for them.

Amy Winehouse will be much better off when she gets through this and turns her life around, and I do really beleive she has the strength of character to do that.

Her soon to be ex, well it seems to me that he will go on to ruin some other womans life in years to come. He strikes me as that sort of person.

Er....some facts might help here, David.
Amy is now completing her 3rd album, having seen the 2nd BACK TO BLACK become the biggest selling CD of the Millennium. She has 5 Grammies for this year, more than any artist has accumulated in one year, and more than any British singer ever.She has now said goodbye to Blake in the sad way that he requested, and can now move on with her life. Amy needs to get rid of blake for good, i also believe that her people are not very clued up and her dad is very iresponsible for letting her go that, all he wants his own bit of fame and fortune, she knows what she has to do but that decision will be hers to make.

I feel that money should not come in the way of love , now what would be a good idea and a nice touch if Amy gives him the money that he wants on the basics that he donates it to charity for example Drug and Alcohol charity or give out free turkeys to the poor like MANNY PACQUIAO has recently done.

This would be a nice touch and both will earn much respect from everyone as im sure they are both loving people.

As the beatles once said Money cant buy me love and happiness is a green monkey.

She was going down hill long before she married Blake. She could have been one of our best singer/writer, instead what is she, a sad junkie with no future. Share the money between them, then they can buy all the drugs they need. They will both be died in a years time because they do not have the intelligence to stop, sad but true.

The Manager must have seen this coming, you can't live such a lifestyle and not expect this stunt when. Perhaps it would be therapeutic for Amy to get there first and get a bio penned as we would rather read about her than a lowlife jailbird.

Amy earned most of her money before she married Blake. Once she married him she went downhill and didn't earn much money. He never worked one single day during their marriage. Amy ought to sue him for all the money she wasted on him including the lawyers fee's for his trial.

Nice try, Georgette. It seems you both want to mooch off Amy, the first chance you get. Like mother like son, I'm afraid. It is your son who caused what she has been through, according to him as well as everyone else. Blake should get nothing. By the time he gets out of jail even the German model will have forgotten him.Good riddance.
