The troubled teenager has told shocked rock musician husband Max Drummey, 24, she's DIVORCING him and will start talks with her lawyers this week.
A pal of Peaches, 19, told us: "She realised it was all a mistake - and her dad Sir Bob is delighted."
Sir Bob's troubled daughter has sensationally DUMPED Max Drummey following a series of bitter rows at their New York home.
And only three months after the wedding she's told pals: "It's OVER. I just don't FANCY him any more."
Drug user Peaches plans to return to England this week to thrash out DIVORCE proceedings with her lawyers.
Friends say her famous dad is DELIGHTED that his daughter has called time on her whirlwind marriage-but is also stunned by her increasingly erratic behaviour.
Peaches-whose cocaine habit was exposed by the News of the World this year-stunned her friends and family when she wed Max in secret at a Las Vegas chapel on August 5.
Last night a source close to the model and DJ confirmed last night: "Peaches is going to divorce Max. She woke up to realise the marriage was a huge mistake and that Max is not the man of her dreams.
"She doesn't fancy him any more, and wants to move on. To her it is as simple as that. She just wants to divorce him and find a new boyfriend.
"Max is heartbroken. He has been through the mill in the last three months, but there is nothing he can do. He genuinely believed marriage was a long term commitment, but Peaches has shattered his dreams."

The pal continued: "We all warned her not to rush into this but Peaches, being as defiant and cocky as ever, just ploughed in head first.
"Over the past few weeks they hardly spent any time together in America. When they did they both got each other's nerves. None of Peaches' friends is surprised by what's happened."
The two got together as Peaches was struggling with a string of problems in London.
She suffered a drug overdose in July. "Her drug use had been exposed in public and she wanted a new life," said our source. "She saw Max and New York as her way to escape."
Just three weeks ago Peaches unashamedly admitted that she didn't expect her marriage to last the course. She confessed: "I didn't go into it with Max thinking, 'This is going to last forever'. But I did go in thinking, 'I love him right now and I know I will continue to love him for a long while'."
Peaches cancelled a public appearance to launch a clothes range in London on Wednesday. Publicly she claimed she had flu but in reality she was in New York dumping Max.
The pal added: "This week has been the final straw. Max hoped Peaches would give things another go, but she was determined. Her father is relieved that she is not unhappy in a relationship anymore, but is still very concerned about her alarming behaviour."
Astonished fans saw the first cracks in Max and Peaches' love affair at their last public appearance together.
Socialite Peaches launched a tirade against her hubby on stage at his band's gig in New York late last month. The upset musician blubbed on his mum's shoulder.
Since September, the sozzled blonde has been seen clubbing without her husband several times in New York. But the couple also often spent nights alone at their Brooklyn apartment.
Peaches' impending divorce is the latest in a catalogue of bizarre antics. In July the beauty- whose mother Paula Yates died of a heroin overdose in 2000-fell unconscious after a suspected drugs binge. Two months earlier, we showed a video of Peaches on our website buying drugs from Amy Winehouse's dealer.
Last week she was was caught leaving a trendy boutique without paying for clothes. She said it was an accident and paid up-but it was the fourth-time she has been involved in a shoplifting "misunderstanding".
Her pal said last night: "Peaches is just not mature enough for a proper relationship. She was just kidding herself."
Last night a spokesman for Peaches said: "Like most couples, Max and Peaches have their ups and downs."
