Arrogant Mark Croft flouted the law on New Year's Day and December 23 - even though he had his licence taken away on November 8.
Last night Cheshire Police asked to see our photos, saying: "We need to look into these claims." Croft, whose wife is set to lose her home for defaulting on the mortgage, got the ban when he failed to attend court.
He'd been charged for not presenting his licence after driving through a red light in 2008.
He is not allowed behind the wheel again until he sends his licence to the DVLA and they complete the paperwork, which will take six weeks.
But just before Christmas we saw him reverse- parking his Hummer at Argos in the couple's home town of Wilmslow.
And on Friday he drove their £25,000 Ford Focus from their house.
If the police take action, Croft, 39, faces a further driving ban, a crippling fine or even jail - as driving while disqualified is contempt of court. A source said: "Kerry's not confident in the car and relies on Mark driving her.
"Since he lost his licence, he's had his pals ferrying her around.
"But he can't help himself and has been jumping behind the wheel. She's furious it has come to this."
In 2005 we snapped her driving without a licence or insurance. But police said then they would not press charges unless they caught her themselves.
