CHEST a minute . . . either Leona Lewis is making the bust of a bad job or she really is Xpanding up top.
Back in 2006, the X Factor winner's boobs were never going to top the, er, *it parade - or maybe it was just that her frock was so un-flat-tering.

But according to Leona, 24, she was still a growing girl. So she must have really blossomed this summer, going up a bra size or two judging by the shot above.
Her busty new look led to cruel speculation that Leona had a boob op in Los Angeles earlier this year.
But a friend said: "Obviously people noticed her breasts had swelled after a trip to LA, but she just joked saying, 'I'm still growing and getting a bit fuller up top'.
"She was worried her bust had shrunk when she slimmed down after a fitness regime.
"She still wanted to look womanly and curvy."
Which is good news for boyfriend Lou Al-Chamaa, 25. Their relationship was put under strain as they spent months apart while she was in Los Angeles working on new album Echo, out in November.
The pal said: "This summer they have spent more time together and really grown close again. At the moment things are going fantastically well."
Coy Leona gushed about Lou last week, admitting the new tattoo on her wrist is in his honour. She said: "It's Hebrew letters and I'm thrilled with it."
Bursting with joy, by the looks of it!

You can definitely see the padding in her blue chiffon dress. And she did gain some weight compared to her X-Factor days. So weight gain + padding = larger boobs.

not a boob job, in the older pic she was not wearing a bra, in the "now" pic she is wearing a PUSH UP!
+ she has gained a little weight, which is good! she was quite skinny during the x factor :)
I doubt she would have surgery at her age! she's too real!
and people say she has ditched the UK for america, but she has not, if she had then she wouldn't keep returning. cracking america is the best way to further a musical career :)

I dont think she's the BEST singer in britain...but i admire her after she turned down an opening of a shop because it sold fur despite being offered a ton of money

Keith Price? Which album? She did TWO before the X-Factor. One you can legally buy if you bother to look (called Best Kept Secret) and her first album called Twilight which Cowell bought the rights to , but you can get it on the internet.

The amount of times I see the effects of a push up bra reported as a boob job is ridiculous. Implants do not create natural cleavage, but hard round lumps.
