Street babe Helen Flanagan's ex tells how he loved and lost his dream bride

CORRIE babe Helen Flanagan's lovestruck boyfriend had no worries about millions of men ogling her as she posed provocatively in sexy lingerie on the TV soap . . .

Because when the cameras stopped rolling on her role as teenage temptress Rosie Webster, she would come home to HIM and re-enact the same scenes in the same slinky underwear - for REAL.

As she peeled off the skimpy garments, besotted Danny Scott gazed at her "perfect" boobs, bum and legs - and believed she was his dream girl.

But despite talking about getting married and having kids, their love hit the cobbles when 19-year-old Helen announced: "I'm too young - it's over."

The next day heartbroken Danny, 22, moved out of the lovenest they'd shared for almost a year. And last night he told the News of the World: "I've been distraught and I'm still crying.

"I would take her back tomorrow but she says it is over. I just don't understand how it can be so perfect - then she suddenly ends it."

Sad Danny, who works for a builders' merchant, thought he was the luckiest man alive when Helen - one of Britain's sexiest soap beauties - fell for him last year.

Just three months later they moved in together and would spend their days off making love in their warehouse apartment.

Basque

Danny said: "Helen is like Rosie in that she is sexy and feisty but she isn't a bitch like Rosie. I got the best bits,

"We had a great sex life, we were a normal young couple in love. She had a look she would give me with her big blue eyes and I knew I was going to be a very lucky man.

"We were in our own little bubble in our flat. We would spend all day snuggled up in bed on a Sunday, eating, watching TV and making love."

One of Danny's favourite programmes was Corrie. He said: "I used to love watching Helen. She's a fantastic actress.

"Last year, when she filmed the scenes where Rosie tries to seduce Tony Gordon, she came home with the white Agent Provocateur basque and pants she'd worn.

"She asked the costume people if she could keep them, and dressed up for me in them.

"She was confident about her body and so sexy. I am a boobs man but with Helen it was everything. She was perfect - the boobs, the bum, the legs, the lot."

He reminisced: "I loved it when she dressed up for me in an Agent Provocateur bra and pant set with kittens all over them - she looked sexy and cute.

"In bed she only wore pyjama tops because we would snuggle up together and she'd get too hot.

"I always thought she was sexiest on a morning when she jumped out of bed half-naked and looked amazing."

The sexual chemistry fizzed from the start - when they first got chatting to each other in a JACUZZI at their local gym in the Last Drop Village Hotel in Bolton, Lancs.

Danny recalled: "I fancied, her. Who wouldn't?

"I am quite shy but I noticed that she did swimming, so I started going to the pool area more. One day I was in the sauna and she came in. I didn't dare speak. She left and went into the Jacuzzi. As I came out, I said, 'It was hot in there, wasn't it?' Sounds cheesy - but it worked!"

The pair started "bumping" into each other regularly and finally arranged a date in June last year. Danny said: "I was nervous but Helen wasn't. She's a confident person.

"She loves sushi so I took her to Yo Sushi in Manchester's Trafford Centre. To be honest, I hated the food but I loved being with her.

"We had the same sense of humour - quite sarcastic. And she has a cute side. She could look at me in a certain way and she would make me melt.

"After dinner we had our first kiss in the car park. Sam Sparro's Black and Gold was playing on the radio - and from then on it was our song. Without a doubt I started to fall for her then. She was a great kisser."

Danny also loved Helen's upbeat attitude and energy.

"But she has a really soft side too," he added. "We loved going for dinner or to the cinema. She'd cry if it was a weepy film but her favourite was Harry Potter.

"Helen loved being pampered. She would go for spray tans at Harvey Nichols or have her nails done. And she could spend hours clothes shopping. I think that was her biggest pastime.

Children

"I wanted to go bowling or ice skating but Helen didn't like anything too physical. She would just say, 'No.' There was no middle ground. She wore the trousers in our relationship - she was feisty and strong-minded.

"She could be sulky too and sometimes a drama queen - but that was just the actress side coming out. When she did make a meal out of things I just laughed because it was so funny." I

In August 2008 - two months after they started dating - it was Helen's 18th birthday and they went to Paris, the capital of love.

Danny recalled: "We stayed at the hotel where Helen had filmed the scenes with Craig (Richard Fleeshman) when they ran away.

"We talked over dinner about marriage and kids. We discussed what our children would look like - we decided they would have her eyes and my nose. I thought we'd be parents together one day.

"She wanted to get married at Luttrellstown Castle in Ireland like the Beckhams.

"We went up to the top of the Eiffel Tower and I kissed her. I admitted I'd like us to be together forever. She felt the same. Later that night we made love and it was fantastic. She had a great sex drive with a beautiful body and was a fantastic lover.

"By then we had nicknames for each other - she called me Spaniel, I called her Melon. It was a wonderful weekend, and we decided to move in together."

A few weeks later they rented the two-bed apartment on the outskirts of Bolton. Danny said: I remember us getting the keys then going to Ikea and furnishing it from top to bottom - apart from the sofa.

"We got that at a discount from Harvey's who sponsor Coronation Street. Sometimes we could just be cuddling up on the sofa watching TV with a throw wrapped around us, sharing a tub of Ben and Jerry's Phish Food ice-cream, and she'd suddenly pounce on me and started kissing me passionately. It was great.

"If she was home first I would sometimes find her in the kitchen, cooking for me in her underwear. It was every man's fantasy to find your girlfriend in her bra and pants making you dinner.

"We would usually let the food go cold and make love in the kitchen. To be honest she wasn't the best cook in the world - she could burn a stir fry.

Dirty

"One night she rang me and said she was going to cook a romantic meal - I got home and she'd warmed up a Marks & Spencer cous-cous dish. I certainly wasn't with her for her cooking."

The only rows they had were over cleaning. Danny said: "I like things tidy . . . maybe I'm slightly OCD. But Helen was the polar opposite. I didn't mind her leaving her knickers on the floor but it was leaving dirty things in the sink instead of putting them in the dishwasher.

"She left her clothes and make- up all over the place. And she left me to do most of the cleaning and washing and ironing.

"We argued about it - the housework was one of the only real problems we had. But we always had great make-up sex after a row so it wasn't all bad."

Then, to celebrate their one-year anniversary in June, they went to Crete.

The same month, Helen said in an interview: "Hopefully in the future we might get married but not for a while because I'm still young. Right now it's going great."

Danny said: "It was a lovely holiday. I don't think I have ever been happier.

"When we got back everything was still brilliant. We still bickered a bit about the housework but nothing major."

But ten days after their return, Helen phoned Danny and said she had something to say to him later. That evening he walked into their flat to find her crying.

He said: "I went to comfort her thinking something bad had happened at work but she said, 'It's not working, I'm too young, it's over.'

"I was totally and utterly shocked, I hadn't seen any signs, I didn't have a clue. I thought I'd found the woman of my dreams.

"There was no one else involved, Helen would never have cheated on me. I tried to talk to her but once she's decided on something she doesn't go back on it.

"I moved out the next day - she helped me pack and we were both crying as I left.

We still speak every day, we're still friends. I've suggested dating again but she says it is over."

He forlornly added: "It now breaks my heart seeing her on Coronation Street - I have to turn it off."
