TWO celebs were this week cleared in court of lashing out in temper.

Steven Gerrard was found not guilty of attacking a businessman at a nightclub, while Amy Winehouse was cleared of punching a dancer at a charity ball.

But they're not the only stars who can be a handful - in our exploding stars special we look to the celebrities who blow up!

Movie star Jude Law appeared to snap and struck the back of a photographer's head this week, after a night out at Automat club in Mayfair.

His lawyer said the blow had been an "accident".

In 2007 film star Hugh Grant lost the plot with a photographer outside his London home. The Notting Hill star allegedly hurled a container of baked beans at a photographer. Charges were later dropped due to "insufficient evidence".

CCTV cameras caught Lock, Stock actor Vinnie Jones covered in blood after being glassed, throwing punches at the pool player.

The former Wimbledon footballer was left needing 48 stitches after the other man glassed him.
