AMY WINEHOUSE'S newly-divorced husband has infuriated the star by demanding a staggering payoff of £6MILLION.

Incredibly, junkie Blake Fielder-Civil claims he is entitled to the fortune because HE inspired her massively successful album Back To Black . . . by CHEATING on her.

But snarling Amy, 25, has told friends: "He's getting nothing from me."

Fielder-Civil, 27, was granted a quickie divorce on Thursday on the grounds of Amy's adultery.

But it was HIS cheating with an ex-girlfriend before the couple's marriage in May 2007 that led to Amy's classic break-up album which spawned a string of hit singles including Rehab, You Know I'm No Good and Tears Dry On Their Own.

A close friend of the singer told us: "Amy did write Back To Black when Blake left her, but why on earth should he be getting a dime for making her feel so bad?

"She was at her lowest ebb when she wrote that album. Her boyfriend had left her for another woman and she poured her heart and soul into the writing process.

"It's like saying that the man who writes a book about his murdered wife should give the murderer some of the profits.

"It's an absolutely ridiculous request."

Fielder-Civil now has six weeks to negotiate the financial settlement or walk away from the high- profile marriage with nothing. Amy's friend explained: "The judge has given the Decree Nisi and the Decree Absolute will follow in six weeks.

"Blake has to make a claim before that but he has made it clear to Amy privately he wants millions. She believes she's right and Blake has no real case for a stake at her money."

Although neither was present in court in central London Amy, who is reckoned to have a £10million fortune, had returned to Britain from her home-from-home in the Caribbean.

The pal added: "Amy's distraught because she hopes to get back to St Lucia and move on with a new phase of her life but doesn't think Blake will go quietly. Blake's family don't want him to ask for money but he hasn't given up on a hefty payday.

"He thinks he was a big part of her success with Back To Black and deserves money for what he put up with.

"Amy is furious and doesn't want to negotiate.

"But she's happy for his outrageous demands to be made public because she wants to show him up."

On songs such as the title track the turmoil of her relationship with Blake and her real contempt for him is clear.

Amy sings: "He left no time to regret, kept his d*** wet, with his same old safe bet, me and my head high, and my tears dry, get on without my guy."

The song goes on: "We only said goodbye with words. I died a hundred times. You go back to her and I go back to us."

And in the final single on the album, Love Is A Losing Game, she laments the relationship as a passing flame and wishes that she had never even met the former jailbird, with whom she shared a heroin addiction.

She wails: "For you I was a flame, love is a losing game."

So , I guess that when he writes a book about his life with Amy , she will be entitled to half or more , of the money made from it ? Because regardless of the fact they are no longer together , she will be the reason for the book , he is a nothing , with nothing to write about , apart from his time with her .

Y should he get anything? Think of how much money he would have used while she supported his lazy arse for so long. And you say wifes get 50%?? well i doubt in normal circumstances that a wife would be sitting on her arse doing nothing. she would b at wk or raising kids. comments here are entirely irrelevant - Amy was not married to Blake when she wrote back to black therefore he is not entitled to any proceeds from that album - a divorce only breaks the assets aquired during the course of a marriage not what each brought to the table - unless there are children involved and hte person with custody would be living a considerably different lifestyle to the other divorcee i.e. the mills mccartney marriage.

In this case amy did no work uring the course of their rellationship so will only have received royalties and one off job payments. There are no children either - I imagine that there will be very little that he is entitled to - given the deduction of living expenses from that income and the time he spent in prison. but whatever he gets he is a slug but she deserves it for being a drug addled idiot that married him.

Amy, you are a very talented person. The best thing you have done so far is to get rid of the monkey on your back. As a few people have said. He does or did not know the life style till he met you. You worked hard for your money and deserve everything you want, its yours. Let the ex. figure out how to live on his own, You don't owe him anything. keep pumping out some great sounds, as Canada is loving every minute you are on this earth making the song birds whistle.... keep it up, and remmeber, be strong, you are a better person and always will be...

Can't stand Grimehouse but the tosspot that she was married too deserves not a penny of her money and if her having money means she moves to St Lucia (or wherever) I certainly don't want her giving any of it away. The futher away from impressionable kids she is, with her revolting habits the better as far as I'm concerned. after being a druc user of heroin and crack for 20yrs getting clean was the hardest part of my life and it definatley wasn,t a man that spurned that Idea! Blake should thank his lucky stars that he got the few good yrs he did with Amy and yes I think maybe she should help him a little with money but not much, he would never of known the life style he did without her any way and we all know he'll make grands from stories he'll tell to any rag that will listen but like a typical junkie he blames everything from the brick in the garden to Amy for his trouble! All I can say is Blake whatever you get it will never compare to the lifestyle you had with Amy because your no-body and she's somebody! He shouldn't be a cheat.....
