BANKRUPT Kerry Katona is set to be clobbered by a £30,000-a-year bill . . . for her husband's LOVE CHILD.

The troubled star will have to BAIL OUT layabout Mark Croft after he failed to pay maintenance to his three-year-old son.

Child Support Agency investigators chasing Croft, 39, have seized on his boasts on Kerry's MTV reality show that she gives him £200,000 a year for doing nothing. And they are ready to order the ex-cabbie to hand over 15 per cent of that to the single mum.

It's a bitter pill for Kerry, because it was the Iceland ad star who TOLD the young mother on Facebook that her baby was Mark's - but REFUSED the mum's plea for £1,000 a month to pay for his upkeep.

A pal of the mother - who dated Croft before his marriage - said: "I bet Kerry wishes she'd kept her gob shut now and not spilled the beans about the baby.

"It's disgusting she and Mark are driving round in sports cars and pigging out on holiday yet he hasn't paid a penny to his son.

"But he made a big mistake by boasting about the money she gives him. The CSA have told my friend they'll be going for 15 per cent of that for her and her child."

Kerry, 28, contacted the mum through Facebook after being told the youngster looked like Croft. The mum hadn't been sure whether he or a former partner was the father.

The star said if a DNA test proved positive she would provide for the boy. She wanted the mum to appear on her MTV show - but when the girl refused Kerry lost interest and Croft disowned his son.

In December, after the DNA test proved positive, Croft told viewers: "Sounds nasty . . . but I don't want anything to do with him."

Croft - who has two children with Kerry - was ordered by the CSA earlier in the year to pay just £30 A WEEK towards his son, but he IGNORED the agency's letters and could face court in a fortnight. "Mark's shot himself in the foot," says the pal. "Or rather he's shot Kerry because she's the one who'll have to cough up."

She seemed such a likeable girl when she was in the jungle program. Maybe that amount of publicity did her no good after all. Look what's happening with Peter Andre and Jordan.
Sadly, it's the children who are suffering as always.
Also, why are they above the law?
If my son or partner had been dealing drugs, they would be prosecuted and sent to prison.
It's a shambles.

Boot him out Kerry! He is a waste of space. Find yourself a nice 'young' man who will treat you well. You don't need the sort of treatment he dishes out.

Build up your self respect and start over again. It's your children who need your attention not this lump!!

I have not set foot in Iceland since she was paid by them. As for him, I would rather wake up next to a pile of dog poo than him every morning - sorry, he is a pile of dog poo. They deserve each other. So much fat and so little self respect. If ever sterilisation should be compulsory - this is that time.

They are both leeches, she thinks she's famous for being in a girl band when really she did nothing, he's only famous for being with her, they deserve eachother. I really wish Brian would step up and get those kids away from them, it's scary what's going on in front of them, if it was any other family social services would have stepped in and removed the kids long ago. How can Iceland still use her on their adverts, both of them are disgusting, foul mouthed, mannerless, filthy people.

It always amuses me the way some people think that because a child bears a resemblance to a putative father, then the child must be his; as if resemblance is, in itself, conclusive proof of paternity. I'm sure they have heard of DNA tests (they surely watch Jeremy Kyle) so why admit paternity before it's 100 per cent established. Morons!

The CSA better hurry because the word is Iceland is going into liquidation soon - any deal she's got will become as worthless as her life. Anyway, as soon as the cash dries up he'll be back to full time dealing again whilst signing on, it's in their genes.
