SULTRY reality TV star Michelle Heaton has quit binge-drinking - and lost TWO STONE.

The Celebrity Big Brother babe, who split from her husband of 18-months Andy Scott-Lee last year, quit boozing heavily after taking part in ITV show The Truth About Binge Drinking.

The former Liberty X singer, agreed to drink the equivalent of a bottle of wine a day for a month to reveal the truth about the effects of alcohol on the body.

During the first week Michelle downed 42 shots of vodka, 16 glasses of champagne, 10 shots of tequila, six glasses of wine and two liqueurs, a total of 75 units of alcohol.

But Michelle was forced to stop the experiment in 2007 after it drove her body to the point of collapse within three weeks. Liver tests showed the experiment had taken a huge toll on her body, which became bloated and covered in spots.

Since the show, which was repeated on ITV last week, the singer has sobered up and hit the gym - instead of the bottle.

She still enjoys nights out on the town, and was out on Friday with Katie Price, but now moderates her intake.

Michelle said: "I've lost two stone in total now since the show.

"I detoxed for six weeks after filming the show and felt a hell of a lot better.

"After doing that I hit the gym and now feel I have the perfect body and feel 100 per cent healthier."

I think she looks great but if she cares on doing all this exercise then she could really do some damage to her body! If she feels great then thats all that matters!

I watched Michelle's programme on binge drinking and it sucked. Binge drinking is a mug's game. Dont get involved Michelle. And stop associating with that sad git Jordan. She's a bad influence.
