My brother was a Program Director of several radio stations north of Kentwood, Louisiana and got a phone call in the summer of 99. It was Britney's Aunt and she planned to drive over to introduce my brother to Britney. They took pics and a radio interview. My brother did not know her in fact said, 'I didn't have too much interest'. (I still kid my brother about this). I think it's kind normal, in America, that house have a few bathrooms - and not just one. My house, for instance, has five bathrooms. I you're impressed because in Europe people bath less than normal, specially the British. In America we always have at least one bath a day.

I would change the leather colour in the cinema to dark leather, perhaps with a few scatter cushions. I would contact DFS and get some floral style sofas for each bedroom. I would also ask a swimming pool company to change the pool shape to look like a piano with the black and white keys so anyone in a chopper would know I am a pop star. I would also nip to B&Q and probably pick up a few packs of energy efficient bulbs as with the cost of electric being so high I would expect this to save me a few quid. I also noticed there is no shed for the lawnmower and other garden implements, a trip to shedworld would definitely be on the cards returning with a large treated timber shed. Its a shame Britney does not want to live in the UK, I know a lovely house that would be perfect for her in a lovely town called Barnsley, its got all of the above qualities, except only a 2 bedroomed 1 bathroomed example and on the marker for only £97k, she could have saved a fortune!

The house is nice but 8.9 mil is a hefty sum for something you CAN rent for less.
although its a nice investment and has a wonderful library
