The 43-times capped Celtic No 1 is not in new boss Franciszek Zmuda's immediate plans.
Zmuda was appointed last week and would have installed Arsenal's Lukasz Fabianski, right, as his first-choice for next week's friendlies against Romania and Canada, but the Emirates man is out injured.
The new manager wants Manchester United's Tomasz Kuszczak as his No 2 and 19-year-old Arsenal reserve Wojciech Szczesny as third-choice.
The pair are the only goalkeepers in his squad, with Boruc's Hoops buddy Lukasz Zaluska also bombed out. Zmuda said: "Fabianski would have been called up if he was fit.
"Boruc? He must wait for his chance. There are others with an opportunity."
Boruc - facing knee surgery which will sideline him for the next month - has been criticised by Zmuda in the past.
He rapped predecessor Leo Beenhakker for forgiving Boruc and team-mates
Dariusz Dudka and Radoslaw Majewski after they were caught drinking while on international duty in Ukraine last year.
He said: "Drinking alcohol when with the national team is unacceptable.
"I've no mercy when I catch someone drinking - he's axed immediately.
"If they'd done that in my team, they wouldn't ever be called up again.
"I don't care about the reputations of players who break the rules."
