JIM GANNON: THE players looked a bit unsure about what to do when they went down to 10 men, but that was more to do with them raising their game.

I look look at every one of my players and say they all contributed significantly. We changed our game plan a bit and it worked.

The players have shown in recent weeks that they can all play football and they are great athletes. I have every confidence in them. But they have been caught up in playing all the time. They need to learn when and where to play, and when to hurt teams by getting it in quicker. Today we mixed it up quite well.

Our keeper John Ruddy felt something in his groin before the game, but he managed to get through it and it was to the credit of my players that they protected him so well.

I still expect the Old Firm to be well clear of everyone at the end of the season and it's a case of trying to get close to them.

JIM O'BRIEN: WE had a game plan and we stuck to it.

Ross Forbes was actually saying in the dressing room that he didn't play well. I wouldn't mind not playing well if I'd scored nine goals already this season like him!

The strikers worked hard too and it just clicked into place for us.

CSABA LASZLO: IF you win at Celtic Park you must have more confidence. But we had some poor performances.

Also, if experienced players like Michael Stewart are not there, then the team feels this.

If you can play powerful and good football with 10 men, why can't you do it before? You know why? The experience is not there. This is what makes me angry.

Look at my bench - I had to put Under-19 players on it because we don't have any experience.

Craig Thomson is a huge talent, but it's a learning process this season. At their goal, maybe if Craig had more experience we would have avoided it because he would have got closer. I'm not angry about this goal, but if you have more experience you can avoid it.

We are not dangerous enough and we are not scoring enough goals.

We have to be looking to stabilise this season. We have to be realistic.
