The bubbly blonde, who co-hosts STV's The Hour, lost the weight in ten months before her wedding last Sunday.
And the diet was easy-Breezey for pretty Vicky . . . after she gave up the tempting tipples.
The 28-year-old said: "I really wanted to drop a few pounds for my wedding day so I stopped drinking alcopops like Bacardi Breezer and Smirnoff Ice.
"I also taught myself to cook - that's healthier than buying ready-made meals all the time!
"And I hit the gym and tried some unconventional methods like burlesque dancing to lose the pounds.
"I'm happy with my weight now - I just hope that I don't put it all back on during my honeymoon!"

We told in February how daring Vicky performed a one-off burlesque routine at Glasgow's Club Noir in a corset, stockings and suspenders for The Five Thirty Show.
But she swapped her raunchy gear for a demure look when she wed Xfm DJ Stevie Middleton, 36, at Pollokshields Burgh Hall in Glasgow.
The bride wowed 100 guests, including weatherman Sean Batty, 27, and TV pal Michelle McManus, 29, in an ivory gown.
But she admitted she got a bit of extra help . . . from her PANTS. She added: "I wore some underwear that pulls you in.
"But I decided I'd had enough after dinner and got my bridesmaid to help me whip them off!"
The special guests also included the couple's Jack Russell, Ruby. Vicky - currently honeymooning in New York and Hawaii - added: "She was running round the park, then she jumped up on my dress with her muddy paws.
"I didn't mind though - she's my baby!"
