The big day out was a real boost for the ailing boys, who are patients at Glasgow's Yorkhill hospital.
Lukas, 20, signed autographs, posed for pictures and took them to lunch with the squad at Fir Park.
He said: "The children are incredibly brave and it makes me very proud to get involved. I'd like to go to hospital and visit them soon."
Plucky Colin McLaren, 11, and his 10-year-old brother Scott - who suffer from rare brain condition Schilder's disease - were thrilled. Colin, of Wishaw, Lanarkshire, said: "Today was a dream come true. The stadium was amazing and we got to see the pitch, the dressing room and even the manager's office."
And Scott Hart, 11, of Newarthill, Lanarkshire, - who is battling leukemia - was overwhelmed too.
His catering manager mum Bernadette, 31, said: "This meant everything to Scott. The highlight was seeing a smile back on his face."
The day was organised by Les Hoey, 48, who was named our Bighearted Scot of the Year in September.
Charity champion Les (left) of Wishaw, told us: "I have huge admiration for the way these boys battle through - it's important to give them a treat whenever you can."
