In an astonishing outburst behind bars, the heinous hypocrite - whose own victims include a girl of just seven - told other lags Leggate, 33, must NEVER be freed.
He erupted after we revealed that the pervert (below) had written a letter to the mum of eight-year-old Mark Cummings, apologising for killing him.

An insider at Peterhead Prison, where both fiends are serving life sentences, confirmed: "Sinclair is fuming. He's been sounding off about Leggate, saying he had a nerve trying to say sorry.
"He ranted, 'Beasts like him should never be released. Monsters deserve to stay in prison forever'.
"Cons listening to him are incredulous - they don't know whether to laugh or cry."
We told two weeks ago how Leggate had written a sensational confession to grieving Margaret Ann Cummings, 34.
The serial predator told in chilling detail how he'd snatched and strangled the lad in June 2004 after being housed in the same tower block as the family in Royston, Glasgow.
But the revelations sent 64-year-old Sinclair into a frenzied rant. Our source added: "He was going around saying, 'The thought of what he did makes me sick'.
"Sinclair is the LAST person in the prison system who should be condemning anybody. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black."
Sinclair was caged for ten years in 1961 for raping and strangling seven- year-old Catherine Reehill in Glasgow. He was then sentenced to life in 1982 for ELEVEN more sick child sex attacks.
In 2001, while still behind bars, Sinclair was convicted of the 1978 murder of Mary Gallacher, 17.
Six years later, he was charged with the World's End murders of 17-year-olds Helen Scott and Christine Eadie in Edinburgh in 1977 - but was sensationally cleared.
