Star distraught at Ben's stabbing
TV FAVOURITE Linda Robson will back the News of the World's Save our Streets crusade by speaking at our latest roadshow this week.
The Birds of a Feather star's family was scarred by knife tragedy when Ben Kinsella - her 17-year-old son Louis's best pal - was knifed to death.
Ben, 16 - brother of ex-EastEnders star Brooke - collapsed dying in Louis's arms after he was murdered by three thugs in a random attack on a London street.
Linda, who lives near the scene of the Islington stabbing, said: "Last year my family found out how brutal the streets can be. Ben's death was so senseless. It could have been anyone." She will join former Home Secretary Jacqui Smith, MP Dominic Grieve, A&E consultant Dr Helen Salter, and Metropolitan Police Commander Gary Copson on the roadshow panel at Ilford Community centre, Eton Road, Essex.
Radio star Nick Ferrari will host the session this Tuesday, July 7th, at 7pm.
