IT COULD be the most EXPENSIVE dessert in HISTORY as Ronnie Wood lets his Russian lover tenderly spoon ice cream into his mouth in our pictures of their intimate dinner together.

For the final chilling bill for the old Stone's cosy £100 meal with 20-year-old Ekaterina Ivanova could run to as much as £50 MILLION.

That's the massive divorce payout his rejected wife Jo can expect as we reveal her patience with her wayward husband has SNAPPED-and she's called in LAWYERS.

"Jo has had enough of his behaviour," said a pal last night. "She feels humiliated, spurned and furious that her best friend has treated her like that.

"She has spoken with her legal team-and they've made it clear she is in a terrifically strong position.

"And she knows there is little argument that she has saved his career and life from the drugs and booze many times."

These sensational pictures of besotted Ronnie, 61, gazing into his new blonde's eyes as she gently caresses his face-could well be the final straw in their 23-year marriage for Jo, alone when she picked up a take-away last night.

Her husband's romantic meal began just after 9pm on Monday when Ronnie made his way from a counselling session at a London rehab centre to join his mistress of five months- Katia to her pals-at fashionable West End restaurant Locanda Locatelli.

His security team drove him to an underground ground car park before he arrived at a table in the open-plan dining room where his lover was already waiting.

Ronnie and former waitress Katia sipped cola during the two-and-a-quarter hour meal, chatting happily and giggling throughout. Between courses Katia-famously dubbed "that Russian tart" by Jo- affectionately cupped Ronnie's lined face in her hands.

Then the waif-like blonde lovingly spoon-fed him ice-cream. An onlooker told us: "They looked like a couple deeply in love. Ronnie couldn't take his eyes off her.

"They were very touchy feely. It all looked very sweet but Ronnie does look like her granddad."

Dinner for two without wine at Locanda Locatelli-run by celebrity chef Giorgio Locatelli-would usually cost around £100. But now Ronnie might have to find a little bit extra.

For as Jo, 53, talks to her lawyers, divorce experts are predicting an ENORMOUS payout easily eclipsing the £24.3 million Paul McCartney had to hand out to Heather Mills.

They reckon she could win as much as HALF of the rocker's £70 million fortune and net up to a further 20 PER CENT for her years of work as his executive assistant.

Jo has been indispensable to Ronnie-going on every tour with the rocker since they met and even picking out his clothes and cooking him organic food.

And she's been pivotal in his business success. She has a controlling stake in the couple's finances and acts as Ronnie's personal management assistant on deals. She is also a joint director of his music empire Rockyarch and company secretary of Ron's paintings business Scream Art.

And, like footballer Ray Parlour's ex-wife Karen in 2004, she could even claim part of his FUTURE EARNINGS.

The couple share fabulous homes around the world, including their lavish £12 million London mansion in Kingston Upon Thames, crammed with valuable antiques and art.

Their Co Kildare bolthole is estimated to be worth £4.5 million and the couple also own a £250,000 cottage in Devon.

Yet the financial implications of his cheating seemed far from Ronnie's mind as he lapped up the attentions of his young lover.

After their meal, the guitarist- anxious to avoid being snapped with Katia- left alone and met up with a minder before hailing a taxi to take him to his rented flat in Hampstead. Meanwhile Katia left the restaurant separately through a side entrance.

Last night friends of Jo said she feels totally betrayed.

"At first she thought his fling with Katia would be over by July," said a close pal. "But Ronnie has a different view. He cannot let go of Kat and is sacrificing his marriage to keep her happy.

"The family are backing their mum in this fight. They reckon Ronnie has overstepped the mark.

"Although the divorce would be painful, Ronnie has undoubtedly let them all down."

Just how much pain Ronnie might suffer was spelled out by top divorce lawyer Denise Lester, from respected London firm Moss, Beachley, Mullem and Coleman.

She told us: "If the Woods divorced, the payout sum could easily exceed McCartney's divorce settlement.

"Jo would be entitled to a lot more than Heather Mills got in her divorce to Paul McCartney. Heather was around for only a short time after Paul had made it big. Jo's case if far stronger. She was an intrinsic part of Ronnie's life for over 25 years, and instrumental in amassing his wealth.

"She has made an invaluable contribution to his success. She is a superwoman who would be entitled to argue for an equal share of the money in court-and could get it if a judge sides with her.

"On top of that she has a strong case to argue for Ronnie's future earnings until his death as well. She may not get 50 percent, but it would still be a significant sum."

In 2004, former England and Arsenal star Ray Parlour's divorce with wife Karen set a precedent in marriage payouts when a judge ruled he should not only pay a sum based on their time together-but also on what he would earn from then on.

But the old rocker seems happy to live in the present and let the future take care of itself as he spends most of his time with Katia in his north London bolthole. He's already moved many personal possessions- including his easels and art equipment-from his marital home to his new flat.

A pal told us: "Everyone has painted Kat as a wild child but she was supporting Ronnie through rehab. She is committed to helping him remain sober.

"She is in love with him and they forget about the age difference when they are together. Even though she stays most nights they always leave the address separately.

"I know Jo was hoping he would dump Katia and return home but that is not going to happen. Ronnie and Kat have a real bond.

"They have the same quirky sense of humour."

That might be something Ronnie needs if Jo's lawyers come calling.

Last night a spokesman for the Woods declined to comment.

I just finished Ron's book, and it's obvious that Jo is -- or at least was -- the love of his life. She's also still ravishing, so he certainly didn't do what he did because of her looks.....

Reading RONNIE I kept getting the feeling that the author was holding back, that what we were reading was the rags-to-riches-to-rehab-to-recovery book plan that would leave out any dirty laundry.

Ron could have just boinked his tart on a "business trip" to the Bahamas and then returned to normality....

But he didn't .

What really caused all of this? I guess we'll have to wait for Book 2!

It's really just a classic case of a Midlife Crisis. So what if Woody is 61...so he plans to live to over 120!

Anyway, in a male Midlife Crisis, nothing much else matters but lust or "love" for the Younger Woman. Not money, not property or any of those superficial things. So the marriage has gone flat and here comes this hot young thing who actually seems to give a damn about you.

Guys miss that rush...that feeling of "falling in love" all over again. The feeling of being young again. Turning back the clock. Not feeling taken for granted.

I've looked at both sides of this coin, both pros and cons. Now, coming from a Southern Californian, here's what I think. Pour yourself a cup of tea first.

1. Jo was thinking this entire incident would blow over and it has not. In her best interest, because I've read about these things before, she should continue to act herself the best she can AND continue doing the things that have brought her success, to the best of her ability under the present circumstances. Living well, sincere happiness is often the best revenge. He could very well be shocked watching and hearing about her living happily "without" him then turn his life back around to be with his family once again. She does take her chances in losing him by doing this however she must make a choice before things completely fall apart on her altogether. At that point she might lose much more.

Her second choice:

2. She can stop talking to everyone except a psychologist about what she's going thru right now THEN take him to the cleaners. She's saying too much at a time when she should really clamp it.

Either way, Jo must begin the second half of her life without him (right away) even if she intends to end up together with him again some day. It would be her disadvantage to act as if she'll wait around forever because then she may lose his respect altogether.

this is the way i see it, if one partner does meet someone new and wants to pursue this, and then a divorce ensures, there need not be a big blame game on this for those who are rich.
They as a couple have say 100 million dollars, then naturally generally speaking each partner would get their half. it is a highly sexist thing to refer to it as "his money".
The women who have been in long term marriages with someone like Ronnie, often gave up lucrative modelling or acting careers to have the children. Then they often gave up parts of their possible business careers, to be able to travel at times to fit their husbands careers.
But it is more than this, quite often the wife helps manage the money for the husband, with informed business deals and investments, checking out potential property or other ways to invest.
We all know so many famous musicians who have no money left by teh time they are ronnies age, or well before.
For all we know without her nursing and encouraging him to cut back on things that were not good for him, he might not even be alive now to enjoy his part of the money.
actually it looks like her share of hte money is more. She does not need his money, as she has her half, it is hers in the sense of business partnership of a long term relationship.
Ronnie may now not have her to help him gain and keep money, but it looks like he has enough to manage.

When I was 18, I was pursued by an old guy in his 50s. He was always coming on to me at work, boasting about his "experience". If this were reversed and it was a 61 year old woman dating a 20 year old, you'd all be disgusted. It's so very typical of men and the society that we live in to congratulate Ronnie Wood on managing to date a girl who could, age-wise, be his grand-daughter. They're both fools at the end of the day but I don't think they deserve any more press now. I hope Jo gets everything she can from him.

Its a free country i doubt he will run out of money,there both adults , sorry for the wife but lets face it all she will be wanting when they get divorced is as much money as possible,
