Dad dies in samurai sword fight

A DOTING dad—who became a father just weeks ago—was stabbed to death with a samurai sword during a fight that left his brother critically injured.

The dead man, named locally as 33-year-old Billy Khan, wrestled with his killers after a doorstep row turned violent.

A friend said bodybuilder Mr Khan had been arrested earlier this week when he tried to get into the terraced house, his former home, in Halifax, West Yorks.

The row erupted when he returned with his older brother Yufi, 35, on Friday.

Both men were taken to hospital with stab wounds and Billy Khan died shortly afterwards. His brother was said to be “critical”.

A pal said last night that the dead man had recently moved out of the house with his girlfriend and baby daughter and was trying to pick up some property.

Three men are being quizzed by police.
