The mother of two broke down in tears at London’s Heathrow Airport last night following a seven-hour flight from Mumbai, India.
Jade, 27, had learned she had cervical cancer while appearing in Bigg Boss - the Indian version of Big Brother.
A Brit doctor broke the news to shocked Jade after she was called to the show's diary room on Monday.
Looking tired and drained at Heathrow, she told airport staff escorting her through the terminal: “I don’t want any more, I can’t do this.”
Jade was then driven from the airport in a large, silver people carrier.
An airport source said: “She seemed OK as she got off the plane, but as she was walking through the terminal she just broke down. She seemed really upset.”
Her publicist Max Clifford confirmed yesterday that Goody had been diagnosed with cancer.
She has returned to the UK for more tests and treatment.
After receiving the diagnosis in a private phone call from her UK doctor while in the diary room of the Bigg Boss house, the devastated single mother broke the news to her fellow housemates.

Millions of TV viewers in India were expected to watch the scenes when they were broadcast.
An insider close to the TV production said of the decision to broadcast the scene: “They have been talking to her about how she would like it handled.
“She was told they wouldn’t broadcast anything that she was not happy with.
“But Jade said, ’Let’s just deal with this head-on. There are going to be lots of questions and so-on’.
“The conversation she had with her doctor was entirely private and not recorded.”
Of the scenes being aired, the insider said: “Jade came out from that and said to her housemates what she had been told. Everyone was pretty shocked. She was extremely upset. It was clear from that point that she had to leave.”
Just days before leaving for India and while awaiting test results, Jade spoke of her fears for her two children over her cancer.
The reality TV star revealed how she went into the Indian Big Brother house to pay the bills - knowing she could have the disease.
Doctors advised her that getting pregnant again could kill her and urged her to have a hysterectomy.
In a magazine interview Jade said: “I will worry for my beautiful boys if I get unwell. I live for them.”
“I have to keep working to support my family. It’s not an option to stop.
She added:"If I do face cancer, I need to make sure I can support the boys.”
The TV star’s contracts dried up following the furore over her alleged racism in Channel 4’s Celebrity Big Brother.
She later made a dramatic confession and apology exclusively in the News of the World.
Her perfume, Shh..., was taken off the shelves and publishers decided to drop a paperback edition of her autobiography.
Goody was thought to be earning up to £100,000 for her appearance on Bigg Boss.
The TV star was alone in her Essex home when she passed out two weeks ago after collapsing four times in recent months.
The mother of two sons - Bobby, five, and Freddie, three - said she was desperate for a baby girl, but doctors told her she should not get pregnant again.
She said: “After I had the miscarriage... doctors warned me getting pregnant again could be a real health risk for me.
“They have told me twice I should even have a hysterectomy, but I wouldn’t let them.
“I’ve always dreamed of having a little girl one day. It really bothers me to think maybe I won’t be able to.”
Goody arrived on Sunday night in the Indian Big Brother house for the show presented by Shilpa Shetty.
Her treatment of the Bollywood star, who she dubbed Shilpa Poppadom in Celebrity Big Brother, led to her public downfall.
