LOOKS like Samantha Cameron, the stylish wife of Tory leader David, has been busy on the trendy Boden mail-order website.

A frisbee-throwing David sported a fetching pair of floral Boden shorts earlier in the week, and here Samantha, 37, is bang on fashion in a baby blue bikini from their sell-out range.

The company, now worth an estimated £88m, was started by enterprising soldier’s son Jonnie Boden. Like Cameron he went to Eton and Oxford, then spotted a gap in the market for good-quality clothing with a fashionable twist.

Samantha, creative director of accessories label Smythson, is clearly the style-savvy member of her clan.

Talking of his shorts on a Cornish radio station last week, Cameron said. “I think my wife bought them; I think they’re quite nice.

“They’re Boden, that catalogue company. She said, ‘You need some shorts’, and she makes the major decisions, of course. They’re all right, aren’t they?”

Meanwhile, Samantha has also carefully chosen a bikini that suits her impressive, super-toned figure. The underwired bikini top (£22) shapes her upper body while the tie-side bottoms (£19) lengthen her legs.

The Camerons showed off their fashion credentials on a break with their children in Constantine Bay, near Cornwall’s Padstow.

An onlooker, impressed that the power couple looked so at home on a packed British beach, said: “It was great to see them having a normal UK family holiday.

David, 41, certainly gave surfer dudes a run for their money. Trading his bike for a bodyboard it seems he’s in pretty good shape and doesn’t mind flexing his pecs in this ‘short-john’ wetsuit by Peak Performance.

It’s also likely to have been mail order and would have cost about £50.
