HIGH-CLASS hooker reveals the inside story of the vice agency that served some of London's richest men-and brought down the governor of New York.

Zana Brazdek, 27, also exposes big-name British clients of the exclusive Emperors Club VIP.

Run with almost military precision, the agency targeted the wealthy and influential and bragged about its "impressive" client list.

With hookers working in London, Paris and across America, the agency would regularly provide sex for a string of famous customers.

The UK list included an EX CABINET MEMBER and a number of MPs, a SENIOR JUDGE, a prime-time TV IDOL, an A-list MOVIE STAR, two well-known FOOTBALLERS, a ROCK STAR and billionaire ARAB PRINCES.

New York Governor Eliot Spitzer was forced to resign last Wednesday after claims he spent more than £40,000 on call girls over ten years.

The married dad-who made his name prosecuting prostitution rings- stood down after the FBI caught him hiring a £2,000-an-hour vice girl who worked for the Emperors Club.

Spitzer, 48, was taped ordering 'Kristen'-real name Ashley Dupre-at a hotel near the White House in Washington DC. He spent two hours with the 22-year-old brunette who has the words "Good Value" tattooed in Latin on her stomach.

Now Zana has laid bare the secret life of sleaze and spending.

She revealed: "They are the richest and most powerful men in the country and they want the finest girls money can buy. Discretion was a top priority.

"When I joined Emperors Club I asked what sort of men used the agency. I was told to look at the Forbes Rich List as that read like a client list for them."

Now clients throughout Europe will be worried that they will be caught up in the FBI probe into Spitzer.

Lithuanian Zana added: "I bet there are a few guys out there quaking in their boots."

The News of the World has information that UK clients included one of the most recognised men on TV who has a multi-million pound fortune and regularly appears on prime-time slots.

Some MPs and a judge appear in the Club's little black book along with an A-list movie star who is known to have used hookers regularly.

Last year, we exposed Britain's richest man, the Duke of Westminster, for using the Emperors Club.

He paid Zana £2,000 for a two-hour visit to his posh pad in central London. The Duke-full name Gerald Cavendish Grosvenor -has a £6.6billion fortune but splashed out for sex with a number of girls in a two-week period. He is a pal of Prince Charles and a regular guest of the Queen at Sandringham.

The luxury life of Emperors Club girls has been a closely guarded secret. But we can reveal they would get a minimum of £750 PER HOUR but that could rise as high as £3,000.

The girls, mostly aged 20 to 30, were rated on a scale ranging from three diamonds to seven.

But there was a further super-elite class referred to as "Icons" who commanded upwards of £20,000 A DAY and were only ever sent out to the most loyal and best known customers. A long-standing client could, in effect, buy the girl out from the Club and book her as and when he pleased.

The arrangement gave the 'Icons' a dizzying earning power-with some girls working just two days a week netting £2million a year.

The hookers, dressed in designer clothing costing hundreds of thousands of pounds, usually met their clients in plush London mansions or five-star hotels. There, they were treated to the finest foods and champagne.

Many wore £500 Jimmy Choo shoes, Versace dresses costing £1,200 and spent more than £300 A WEEK on haircuts and beauty treatments.

But while they were treated like royalty in the public, behind the scenes they would have to satisfy their clients every lust. Girls would often be made to take part in orgies or perform extreme sex acts.

Zana stumbled across the Emperors Club VIP website in 2006. She got in touch and went to London to meet Michael Brener and Cecil Suwal-who are now accused by the FBI of heading the prostitution ring.

They took her to the five-star Churchill Hyatt Regency Hotel where suites cost up to £385 a night and told her she could earn a fortune.

Zana said: "It was clear I would be having sex with men for money and rates would start at £1,500 an hour. Fees were split 50/50 between the girls and the agency.

To book a hooker, men would either email or phone the Emperors Club-with all messages going to the base in New York. Suwal -who used the name Kate or Katie for work- would then email the girls with details of the job.

The company had a payment system in place to accept money by any means at any time.

Zana got her first job in late 2006. 'Katie' said the client was "Gerald West-minster-one of the most prominent men in London, an extremely high class client".

Documents filed with a US court give details of a British-based customer known as Client 6, who paid £500 to a call girl called 'Astrid' in London on January 12. The pair met at about 9am and stayed together at an undisclosed location for about an hour. Sources in America say that Client 6 is understood to be a British politician.

Our sources also told us murdered Lord Shaftesbury was one of "numerous English aristocrats and other famous men" who regularly used the agency in France. Last year his ex-wife Jamila M'Barek, herself once a prostitute, got 25 years for killing him.

Last night a convicted Manhattan madam who served as an informant in Spitzer probe was deported from the US to her native Brazil. Andreia Schwartz-who had admitted drug and prostitution charges-was said to be a confidential source for the authorities investigating the governor.

She worked for the Emperors Club but left to launch her own brothel.

Although she had no knowledge of Spitzer's use of the agency, she is said to have provided the paper trail that linked the governor to the vice ring.
