The poorest people always have the kindest heart and even a kinder and bigger one when they get rich. I am poor but I have a roof over my head, warm bed and food to eat and thats a whole lot more than some people in other countries will ever live to see. Say a prayer for the world and be thankful. i think that its sweet what he's doing for his family- yes he gets paid a ver high amount but everyone at clubs as big as man utd do...so what if he's planning something special for his family its hardly our business if we all had as much money as he does im sure you'd do the same for yours.

It's not all about having money; it's about having the heart to give. Many out there with more money than they can possibly count can’t even remember there are millions out there who on eating each meal are thinking where the next meal will be coming from. We should honestly give kudos to those whom giving give joy. Not only that CR comes from the best club in the world (Man U) & knows how to do his thing (football). I sincerely salute & admire his heart of giving, not only for his family, but also for not forgetting what it feels to be poor & how it hurts.

Ronaldo was poor when he was young and by the age of 18 he had no money, his family had no money and hes worked hard to get it! I hate Man U with a passion but CR is a top guy, he has worked his socks off to be where he is today, leaving his family and country behind as a child to eventually live the dream he is today! If he wants to have a lavish Christmas and treat his family who is anybody to tell him not to? CR does a hell of a lot more than some people do for charity! This is a guy that grew up in poverty and has worked his socks off to get where he is today, love him or hate him he is the best footballer in the world and deserves to treat his family and friends anyway he sees fit.

Nothing new here he always plays Santa, if you care to read his book. Can't see what wrong with it, can be my Santa anytime. He is not too blame for the poor people of the planet.
