CELEBRITY chef Gordon Ramsay revealed to mistress Sarah Symonds that he had TWO other lovers.
The married TV star, who this week denied cheating, confessed to extra flings during his seven-year affair with Sarah - who today tells her sensational story.
"I was his confidante - more than a mistress," she says. "He even called me his 'soulmate'."
Ramsay's mistress today exposes astonishing details of their affair-and tells how he also cheated on wife Tana with a SECOND lover AND a woman he met through his Hell's Kitchen show.
In her own revealing testimony, blonde author Sarah Symonds destroys the foul-mouthed star's self-styled family man image-and his denial of their secret seven- year relationship.
She reveals how the world-famous cook thrilled to the risks they took to have sex behind Tana's back-even brazenly intoducing her to his wife. And she tells how they got so close he even called her his soulmate.
"But enough is enough," says 38-year-old Sarah. "He should be on his knees eating humble pie-but instead he's lying. He needs to refresh his memory and read my diaries."
Last week Ramsay, 42, tried to brush aside our revelations of his long affair with Sarah during a BBC cookery demonstration attended by his wife and mother. He told the audience: "I didn't do it! Mum, I love you."
But today Sarah tells the TRUTH about just how he DID do it.
"Gordon has his PR team working round the clock, trying desperately to protect Brand Ramsay and this image of him as the ultimate family man," she says. "But he's a complete hypocrite, and I can't believe he's been getting away with it for so long.
"Not only has he been cheating on Tana with ME but he told me he had another regular mistress in Denmark.
"He said she is a writer and is married too. They'd met after he'd done a book signing over there and that they'd had sex after that and continued from there.
"He also told me he'd had sex with a girl after a Hell's Kitchen wrap party. He told me that it was a one-nighter four years ago in LA.

"I was his confidante-more than a mistress. He even called me his 'soulmate'. I was happy with that."
The Welsh beauty-who had a fling with shamed top Tory Jeffrey Archer and then kissed and told-admits she's no angel herself. Her reputation as a professional mistress was cemented by her book Having An Affair? A Handbook For The Other Woman- which she says Ramsay loved and promised to promote.
When she met Ramsay at London club Chinawhite in October 2001 she was under no illusion about what he wanted. The attraction was mutual.
"Gordon was just about to open his restaurant in Claridges. I was working in the hospitality business," says Sarah. "He found me physically and mentally attractive. I thought he had charisma. When he asked for my number I gladly gave it to him even though I knew he was married from the publicity he'd done. He started calling me often. His marriage was unhappy. Things were so bad he was contemplating getting an apartment with a friend."
In December 2001, they had sex for the first time at Sarah's Marble Arch flat after a night at Chinawhite. She says: "Gordon was with one of his chef employees and they came back to my flat with my friends.
"After an hour all the others left and Gordon and I had sex in the bedroom. I was flattered that he wanted to be with me. Just before 6am, he left to open up his restaurant."
A couple of days later, Sarah picked up a copy of Hello! and read a glowing piece from publicity-seeking Ramsay featuring Tana, 33, introducing their fourth child and detailing their IVF nightmare. It made her think what a rat he was-but not enough to want to end the affair. "I should have kicked him out of my life then. Stupidly I didn't," she says. "But I wasn't seeing Gordon exclusively. I saw others as well." On January 28 2002 they met again for sex. Sarah noted in her diary that she had spoken to Gordon on the phone.
She says: "Gordon came round to my Marble Arch apartment that night, and we had sex a second time. He was so gentle. He wasn't at all the aggressive man you see on TV.
"He stayed longer than he did the first time-and I remember wishing I had more food in the house because he said he could kill for a ham sandwich before we had sex."
A few months later, Ramsay demonstrated his love of living dangerously-by introducing his secret new lover to his wife at the opening of The Connaught-then his new restaurant.
"I'd already met her by chance at David and Victoria Beckham's pre- World Cup party in May 2002 where I was working, organising the VIP transport," says Sarah. "But in October Gordon invited me to the opening of The Connaught. I felt very awkward when he introduced me to Tana. He also introduced me to the chef Jean-Christophe Novelli and jokily told him, 'Watch out, she's dangerous'. At one point in the evening, I called Gordon 'big boy' because he is very well endowed-and he told me to keep my voice down."
The secret affair continued despite Sarah moving to Los Angeles at the end of 2003. And when Ramsay started working on a US version of his cookery reality show Hell's Kitchen in LA, the couple found it easier to spend time alone together.
Sarah says: "Towards the end of 2004, I spent the night with Gordon in his room at the W hotel in Beverly Hills-but we were always worried we'd be spotted.
"Gordon told me he was planning to rent a house in LA and be here more long term because the TV show was going well-and that meant I could stay with him more regularly."
But in the same month, things cooled dramatically between the pair following a row in Gordon's hotel room at the Chateau Marmont on Sunset Boulevard. Sarah says: "Gordon had reportedly punched one of the contestants on the set of Hell's Kitchen. When I asked him about it, he got very defensive. We rowed and I walked out. We let our friendship slide and I got serious with another married man."

Sarah and Ramsay's paths didn't cross for two years-and when her relationship ended bitterly in 2006 she wrote her now notorious book.
In it she even refers to Ramsay anonymously as if he'd dated a pal: "A friend was having an affair with a world-famous TV chef, well- known on both sides of the Atlantic for both his bad language and his good food."
Meanwhile the chef was busy promoting himself as a good family man and loving husband. In 2006 he was voted Celebrity Father of the Year, and the Ramsays were 2007 Celebrity Family of the Year. In an interview in 2006, he simpered over how he had told Tana: "We have the most amazing life. We're very active in the bedroom and I think you're a beautiful lady."
But when Sarah came back on the scene in August 2007, he couldn't resist her. "I saw Gordon on a US talk show and rang his PA in LA and left a message for him," says Sarah. "He called me back and we had a lovely chat. He was with his family at the Beverly Hills Hotel. He could only talk because Tana and the kids were out with the Beckhams at a water park. He wanted me to send him a photo to his BlackBerry.
"I did that and he called back and said, 'F*** me, you look really great. Got to see you again'.
"He was coming back in a few weeks' time, and we agreed to meet."
In October 2007, Ramsay returned to LA alone to work on another series of Hell's Kitchen. "He arranged for me to come with a friend to the show's set," says Sarah. "When we got there Gordon bounded over. He hadn't seen me in person with short blonde hair before and he made a joke about me looking like a 'lipstick lesbian'. But he thought I looked good. He made sure I had a lovely evening-but he was so busy that I didn't see him after the show."
Over the next few weeks, Ramsay called Sarah frequently. "He wanted sex," she says. On November 23, they met at her flat in LA.
"We had a wonderful night," she says. "We talked about my book and discussed spin-off projects. "He thought I was sassy and clever and wanted to mentor me. I was flattered. When he leaned over to kiss me, it was very natural. He wanted to take his time and was very loving. We got into bed like an old married couple." After that tryst Ramsay was busy on Hell's Kitchen. "We spoke on the phone every night," she adds. "I was his 'source of comfort' after a hard day.
"But he'd also go on and on about what he wanted to do to me so much it started to make me feel cheap."
On Sunday December 9, the pair met up for another sex session this time at his apartment in the Beverly Hills hotel. Sarah noted in her diary how he went to great lengths to hide the fact he was cheating.
She says: "When room service was delivered, I had to go into the other room-and I had to do it again when he called his wife in London to say goodnight. But after he'd spoken to her, it didn't affect anything that we were doing. It didn't ruin the mood. She'd be calling in the morning to wake him up and the plan was I'd have to be quiet when she did."
It was then that Ramsay introduced her to his love of performance enhancing poppers (the legal sex drug amyl nitrate). "He showed me what to do. He said it would give me a buzz-but it didn't," says Sarah. "I thought it smelled like nail varnish remover, But Gordon liked it.
"I stayed all night, and next morning his wife did call to wake him up. I remember thinking how nice it was of his wife to wake him up when he was in bed with another woman.
"Before I left the hotel, Gordon gave me a gift of £1,000. He said he wanted to help me at Christmas because he knew I was struggling."
Later that day Sarah and two pals went to the finale of Hell's Kitchen. "We were treated like VIPs," she says. Next day he flew to London.
Their paths didn't cross again until Sarah got back in touch after moving back to Wales this year. Again Ramsay couldn't wait to meet up with his old lover and arranged a rendezvous at a flat in Mayfair.

"Gordon had called me earlier in November. He said his birthday was coming up and asked for a special present involving sex," says Sarah.
They arranged to meet on Thursday, November 13. "While I was waiting for him in the flat I saw a TV ad of him and his family. It seemed so hypocritical. I started to see him for what he is-a bit of a bastard.
"When he arrived he got his driver to drop him off round the corner where one of his friends has a restaurant called Wild Honey.
"Gordon pretended he was visiting there and got to the flat at 6pm. We had sex but he said he could only stay an hour or so as he had a meeting with a chef at his Maze restaurant."
His last sex session with Sarah was on Thursday, November 20. They were due to meet when Tana was supposed to be away in Canada that week. She didn't go but Ramsay still booked Sarah into the Marriott hotel off London's Grosvenor Square next to the Maze. Sarah says: "He told me someone from the restaurant would call me to finalise the arrangements, and prepped me first about what to tell them.
"I was supposed to say I was a friend from LA-a producer in town. It was important I 'Keep it professional'. He was very excited.
"Later he told me to go to Soho to get him some 'poppers' when I arrived. I said I would, but I wasn't happy about it. It seemed so seedy."
On Thursday morning, Sarah caught the train from Wales and checked in at the hotel. Ramsay was photographed arriving at Maze shortly before 8pm. After five minutes he made his way through to the hotel and up to Room 106 on the first floor where Sarah was waiting.
Sarah says: "We wasted no time. We used the poppers as we had sex. It didn't do anything for me but Gordon seemed to get a buzz from it."
But afterwards they had a row because she had been contacting him on his BlackBerry and mobile phone. He was afraid his wife might accidentally stumble on her texts.
Sarah says: "Gordon was shouting at me, ordering me to stop contacting me on his BlackBerry and mobile number. He really lost his rag.
"He told me he would call me with a secret new pay-as-you-go number just for me and that from now on I was only to contact him on that.
"Then he said he had to go because he was late for a radio voiceover. He picked up some poppers and said he'd put them in the fridge for next time. A few minutes later, he called me on the new number and we exchanged texts."
Ramsay's phone played a big part in their relationship . . . even on a Eurostar thundering through the Channel Tunnel..

A bloke who seems to be as attractive to women as it appears Gordon is will always be hounded by fortune seekers like this. This woman is a parasite living off his riches that have been justly earned. She demeans herself in the process. She may get richer for getting this off her chest for money but she just cheapens herself in the process. Gordon is doing the right thing in saying nothing. She will wither on the vine, he will continue giving the public great entertainment and great food and deservedly getting him (and his family!) great riches in the process. Where will this woman get her money from when this story has run its course and the press have bored of her great yawn of a story? Another spread about another spread?!

Easy, folks, as far as I know, Gordon wasn't allegedly cheating on you. This is Tana's problem to deal with, and while a person who cheats on their spouse is not someone deserving of a whole lot of respect, I know I can still enjoy his shows, recipes, and books. He's not my husband.
That said, a woman who has built a career out of sleeping with married men doesn't need someone else to make her "feel cheap". She already is.

I remain a big Ramsey fan - great skills, business sense, passion for food, funny ~ albeit over the top TV persona, I'd love to have a beer with the guy & value his insight into the restaurant biz as much as ever. As to his personal life - why does this matter. If he had an affair - or ten - I'd only be disappointed that he didn't choose more wisely than he certainly could have. His wife - and only her - may have a right to delve into this ... foremost - even if he had 50 mistresses it has nothing to do with his performance as a father. As I said, great smart character, bad choice getting involved at any level with this tramp ...

Ramsey is an idiot for this epecially as he's made a mockery of the high 'values' he puts on everything (hard work, honesty and the rest). For that alone he is a fool and for for hurting his wife and kids he is plain callous. But Symonds is a pathetic joke and should get nothing for planning and setting up this sordid little stunt. When one member of a two-person relationship has an affair, it's called "splitting" in psychological terms. The person having the affair is getting something out of it that s/he is not getting from the main relationship: excitement, danger, novelty, etc. It's unfair to the relationship, since it takes choice away from the partner. Instead of telling his/her partner "I'm bored" or "I want to do something different," and giving the partner the choice to work it out or not, the cheater has his/her cake and eats it too, as they say. When you're famous and attractive it's very hard to resist temptation, especially if you believe your own hype. I don't think it's in the best taste to reveal your affair with a celebrity, but I understand the temptation, especially if the celebrity is being hypocritical about her/his behavior. I do feel sorry for the wife, who didn't participate in the fun but has to cope with the fall-out and the humiliation of the aftermath. I also believe that when you put yourself in dangerous situations, you must be prepared to take the consequences.

Could someone please clarify... Why do kiss and tells decide to tell? Well besides the financial benefits ofcourse! After 7 years, what was her problem. Did Gordon ring and say "sorry love I'm washing my hair tonight, I can't come over." So she decides to tell the nation he's a rat!! Please! Its about time we the public stopped encouraging slappers like her from cashing in on top personalties. Innocent until proven guilty and even then Its none of our business, he's only a chef for gods sake! All these comments from sad women who can't believe that a woman would do this to a married man. For crying out loud, he was hardly forced into this, and having the kind of power he has, could easily have kept her away should he have wanted to.
But, oh no, surreptitious calls and texts to prolong the relationship could only have come from Big Gordon's side. If it wasn't her it would only have been someone else. Face facts, ladies out there, he's a man with power, money and influence, and he thought he could get away with it. He has no-one to blame but himself - the other woman is frankly irrelevant to his predicament.

I'm not a fan of GR fowl language but am defenitely a great admirer of his ways of cooking, eg, cleanliness, tidyness, creating simple, tasty, fresh food for people, that means, he's a passionate, caring person who cares for others well being, but lets not forget he is a man not perfect and no one is. Only HIM up there knows who's telling the truth. For that sarah, STOP ruining other peoples lives! This is so sad.It it not up to anyone to judge whether the marriage was missing something or not.
People have affairs for many different reasons. And to stand by your spouse is not weak rather the opposite! Too many times people walk away because it is just too hard to stay and work it out.

It's clear that Ramsay has always had an impulse control problem that has gotten him into one problem after another. As for the mistress, she shouldn't delude herself. Having sex and taking money (even a "gift") is kind of the definition of a prostitute. And having sex with married men over and over again is one of those things you pay a therapist to treat. She'd better hope that there is no such thing as karma.

I have to laugh at the comments slagging off Sarah Symonds. Neither Ms Symonds nor Gordon Ramsay come out of this well, but she was single while Ramsay is married with four children. I'm also puzzled at the 'shock, horror' reaction that a woman who has an affair with a celebrity has sold her story to a newspaper.
You may not like it, but it's the real world and will undoubtedly continue to happen. The revelations about Gordon Ramsay should act as a warning to others in the public eye to watch their step, but these characters are always so foolish and big-headed that they think they'll get away with it.

What a witch this woman is. No doubt it was her who called in the press for the snaps that 'happened' to catch them at the hotel together. I like GR lots and I hope his family and wife stick together through this and realise that you can come out as a couple far stronger together from a 'stupid affair' such as this. He better behave from now on of course but let's hope the media don't give this awful woman any more coverage. A proper mistress knows that you take the secret to your grave and you NEVER hurt a family. It was clearly only sex - I hope his wife understands that. A marriage and family are worth forever.

In the newsagents a couple of months ago plastered over the shelves on glossy magazines was Ramsay and his Mrs. lecturing the rest of us on how happy and devoted father and husband he is. i now feel cheated out of the money that i spent buying this rubbish. the cheque he received for that pack of lies showed be now handed over to charity. Why is she doing this? She doesn't look like Rebecca Loos but she is acting like her. It's horrible.
