The singer will appear tomorrow night as mentor and judge as the normally glam models Delita, Tiffany and Joy - all victims of bullies - pose in grim settings for a poster campaign against cruel tormentors.
Help group Beatbullying will use the photos in their battle to support young victims.
Nicola, who's been abused in the past for her ginger hair and fair skin, said: "I think that the photographs will really help thousands of young people in the UK that are being bullied."
The posters feature a range of anti-bullying messages. The News of the World's Click Bullying into Touch campaign against cyber bullying is supported with the line: It may be virtual to you, but it's real to her.
Beatbullying founder Emma-Jane Cross said: "It's a really innovative way of reaching young people with our message."
Watch Britain's Next Top Model - hosted by supermodel Elle Macpherson - on Living tomorrow at 9pm.
