Cops handed out an astonishing 68 fines to sloshed 16 to 25-year old-girls EVERY WEEK last year, the News of the World can reveal.

That's nearly TWICE the number in 2004-the year before the government introduced 24-hour drinking.
The official Home Office figures are the latest evidence of the growing binge-drinking ladette culture in Britain.
They show 3,561 young women were collared for being drunk and disorderly in 2007-up 92 per cent in three years.
Police also handed out more than 22,000 penalty notices to nuisance lads who knocked back the booze-an increase of two-thirds over the same period. Shadow Home Secretary Dominic Grieve said: "This is very disturbing. The fact that the number of young women receiving notices has doubled is an alarming symptom of our broken society."
The figures show the government's move in 2005 to relax the licensing laws with round-the-clock drink-ing has been a disaster.
Just last week it was revealed that six per cent of all NHS admissions are caused by booze.
Ministers are considering health warnings on alcohol, banning happy hours, and stopping supermarkets selling cheap drink to tackle the problem.
