TODAY the News of the World finally reveals the COMPLETE and UNTOLD horror of what really happened to tragic abuse victim Baby P.

Our chilling dossier, from a 15-year-old girl who WITNESSED the stepdad's sickening torture, damns bungling social workers who failed to step in.

The terrified teenager said: "What went on was sadistic. Social Services have blood on their hands."

Horrors

The full litany of horrors inflicted on tragic Baby P will chill every decent human being to the core.

Sickening new details totally DAMN the little boy's wicked tormentors and expose the staggering extent of FAILURE by bungling social workers and doctors who let him die alone and terrified in his bloodstained cot at 17 months old.

Through the eyes of a key prosecution witness who actually discovered the body we expose the sheer brutality meted out to Baby P by his evil stepdad and covered up by his callous 27-year-old mum.

The 15-year-old source lived at the family's filthy, flea-infested north London council house with human excrement smeared across the walls and a putrid stench of stale urine that choked your throat.

Still racked with guilt that she felt too terrified to act at the time, the teenager told how the stepdad:

SLICED off the tot's fingertips with a Stanley knife and wrenched off his little nails with pliers.

SMACKED his private parts with a shoe.

PRESSED down on his windpipe so hard he turned blue.

BIT the tot all over to 'train' the family's vicious dogs to attack.

DROPPED him 6ft onto the floor.

GRABBED him by the throat and tossed him into his cot,

RAMMED a bottle into his mouth so hard it cut his lips.

Of all the vile cruelty the girl witnessed, the most horrifying scene was the one that crippled Baby P, leaving him paralysed from the waist down.

His warped step- father, a 32-year-old Satanist-convicted of allowing the child to die along with the mum and a paedophile lodger-was watching the Jeremy Kyle TV show with Baby P stretched across his knees.

The witness said: "He sat smirking on the sofa, smoking cannabis and playing with Baby P like he was a rag doll. Then I suddenly heard a loud crack that echoed through the house as the baby's little backbone snapped in half.

Monster cut off Baby P's finger tips, pulled out nails with pliers, wrapped him in blankets to dehydrate him, smacked him between the legs with a shoe and trained rottweiler to bite his head

"He let out a gut- wrenching scream. It was so loud I got up and went into the garden and put my hands over my ears to block it out."

Incredibly the terrible injury went unnoticed by social workers AND paediatrician Dr Sabah Al Zayyat. The doctor also failed to notice eight fractured ribs and two missing fingernails.

The 15-year-old then revealed what finally sealed Baby P's grim fate in August, 2007-a night of constant crying that disturbed the awful household. She said: "He was wailing and wailing in his cot. He just wouldn't stop. But he'd been lying in his urine and faeces for days.

"Then the stepdad came down and said, 'I'll sort it.' He went into the room, slammed the door shut and suddenly the crying stopped."

The defenceless tot had been punched so hard in the face he swallowed a bottom tooth. It was later found in his stomach. The witness added: "I discovered Baby P dead in the cot at around 9am. He'd gone a funny colour, a pale blue, and was stiff. I told his mum he wasn't breathing but she waited until 11.30am before dialling 999 for an ambulance.

"Meanwhile the stepdad got away, taking off all the stale, blood-spattered smelly bedclothes that hadn't been washed in months and dumping them in a cemetery to try and hide the evidence."

Fearing she would be a target too, it took eight months for the 15-year-old to summon the courage and reveal her shattering story to stunned relatives. She told them: "It was disgusting and perverted what went on in that house. It went way beyond cruel, it was sadistic.

"The stepdad would shake Baby P, punch him, swing him around by his legs and spin him round on the computer chair until he came flying off and hit his head on the floor. Then he'd pick him up and do it again. He put his thumb down over the poor mite's windpipe until he turned blue and stopped breathing.

"Then he just laughed, let go and pushed it in again even harder to see how much he could take.

"He'd pinch the baby's little fingernails and squeeze them until he screamed.

"And he lanced off the tops of the tot's fingers with a Stanley knife like you would a boil. He said it made it easier for him to then use the pliers to grip onto the fingernails and rip them off. It makes me shudder.

Butting

"He made Baby P kneel in front of him, with blood oozing from the ends of his fingers, and hold out his hands for more punishment.

"Not content with that, he'd hold him above his head and then just drop him on the floor."

The boy's head and body was covered in marks and sores from when the stepdad bit him-to train his Staffordshire bull terrier and Rottweiler to do the same.

The teenager said: "The stepdad laid Baby P on his back in the middle of the room and bit at him and growled in front of the dogs. He bit into his head, his arms, his body and his legs. Then he'd get the dogs to copy.

"He also hit the baby on his genitals with a shoe and wrapped him tightly in blankets, leaving him for hours in his cot to dehydrate.

"Every night before bedtime, instead of a story like most children get to help them to sleep, he was picked up off the floor like a rag doll and tossed into his cot.

"At night I'd hear him crying and head butting the wooden bars on his cot. It went on for hours."

Just days before Baby P died-but after his spine was snapped-the girl went for a walk with him and his stepfather in Chingford Woods. The toddler couldn't stand and kept falling down.

She told Baby P's stepdad she thought his back was broken and never saw him walk unaided again. On the last full day of his life, August 2, Baby P was left alone in his room all day.

At 11pm the stepdad told her to watch as he squeezed the boy's fingers really hard. The toddler could not even find the strength to scream, she said.

He had no strength to sit up and kept falling, looking really ill and sweating. The stepdad hit him on the head and it appeared as though Baby P couldn't feel it. The lodger, Jason Owen, said the child looked as if he was dying-but the stepdad replied that he was fine.

The girl said Baby P's stepdad, a 6ft bodybuilder, ran the filthy house with an iron fist. He spent all day smoking dope and watching television surrounded by lager cans and junk food, the source said.

Animals

Neighbours complained the TV blared all day and seven children in the house ran wild like a pack of animals. Baby P's scrounging mum, who cannot be named for legal reasons, claimed thousands in benefits and slept in most mornings.

Instead of looking after her four kids she frittered away her income support playing online poker. She ignored Baby P's constant cries and spent hours in internet chat rooms. With no hint of shame, she even boasted online one of her favourite things was being a mum.

But in reality screaming Baby P, who was found with more than 50 terrible injuries, spent up to 23 hours a day caged in his cot, locked in a small, dark room with curtains shut. Sometimes he wasn't checked at all- left to lie there alone with no toys.

The stepdad, a domineering control-freak, who moved in when Baby P was three months, banned everyone from going into the dingy room or even changing P's dirty nappy.

His mother even had to ask permission to FEED him. But the witness said: "The mum ignored all the kids and let them do what they wanted.

" She was scared of her partner though. We all were. Day after day I heard screaming coming from Baby P's cot. But I didn't dare go in there. His nappy went unchanged for so long his skin just rotted away. His bottom was red raw, blistered and covered in sores."

All this should have been spotted by social workers from Haringey Council -the same authority that failed tragic Victoria Climbie in 2000-who called to see the baby SIXTY times because he was on the "at risk" register.

Infected

The witness said the mum lied and lied to them, and family friends, to cover up for her boyfriend's barbaric abuse. "She explained away pus- filled, infected cuts all over the baby's face with a string of rubbish that was simply accepted by professionals paid to look after Baby P," said the teenager. "She's a despicable mother, total scum. She told them he was clumsy and kept falling over and bumping his head. It was all lies."

Visitor Laura Swaby (who is not and has never been a health visitor) watched on one occasion when Baby P sat in the back garden shovelling fistfuls of dirt into his mouth.

She noted he had a large bruise on his forehead and seemed quiet and withdrawn. But the injury was explained away, like so many others, with a far-fetched yarn about him falling from his toy car.

"I couldn't believe these social workers kept falling for it, said the girl." Four days before he died, and with his face covered in bruises and lesions, Baby P received a final visit from social worker Maria Ward. The teenage witness said: "He was in such a state his mum was worried.

"She actually said the social worker would have to be an idiot not to notice there was something wrong.

"So she melted chocolate in a saucepan and smeared it over his face to cover the injuries.

Bleeding

"Then she laid him in his buggy because he was too limp for the high chair and put a chocolate biscuit in his hand. He had head lice anyway so she put cream on to cover up his bleeding cuts.

"The social worker didn't spot a thing. The mum couldn't believe her luck when she just had a quick look at P in his buggy and said, 'Hello little fella!' That was it. He was pushed into the kitchen. Door slammed shut. That was the last time he was seen alive by anyone outside the house.

"The heartbreaking thing is Baby P smiled at the woman. Sitting in that buggy with his back broken, eight broken ribs, fingernails missing, toenail missing and a nappy full of excrement and he still managed a smile.

"If she had just taken a second to look properly, to pick him up and look at him, she'd have realised there was something gravely wrong.

"All the social worker said before she left the house was, 'If you're taking him out later, make sure you wash his face.' It's a disgrace."

I find this case of child abuse shocking and curel
i don't see how any self respecting parent could just sit back and whatch her poor inoccent little boy go throught the pain hurt ans suffering she allowed baby P to go thorugh all tho iam only 17 and do not have kids of my own as of yet i did help my mum raise my 2 brother and my 3 sisters and i would never allowed anyone to treat them the way baby P"s horrible step dad did.
she is not fit to be a mothert and he is not fit to be a dad and if your unable to look after and love and care for your kids don't have them save everyone a lot of heart ace and pain

whats has happened not just to poor baby p but other defencless children is sickining but unless there is a major overhaul of the social services all over the uk it will happen again. The social work department spend too much time and resources on familys who dont need it and that leaves less time and resources for those that need the help. as for the social workers etc are they blind im a mother and my kids have had the usual accidents of falling off bikes etc and if they needed it i sought medical advice and i cant understand how not just the mother but all these witnesses stood by and done nothing. did none of the other children say anything at school or did the neighbours complain to social services there are so many ways to report these things without saying who you are. the people who have done this should have to suffer the same as baby p with everything they did to him being done to them and anyone who knows them should make there names known to the public so they can get what they deserve in prison

well words just escape me how could this have happened i started to read the horrors that poor little boy had to suffer but i couldnt read it all as it made me sick to my stomach. everyone involved in this case has got something to answer to the lest they could do in respect of that little boy is hold their hands up and admit that they failed him and failed him badly but as normal they pass the buck well i hope some of you that dealt with him read some of the heartfelt comments people have posted and look at yourselves long and hard there is no way this should have gone on unoticed and you all failed that little boy badly. as far as those monsters that done that to him are concerned they sud face the death penalty as thats what they dealt him i hope you all rot in hell. baby p your away from all that pain now sorry you were let down so badly by adults who should of helped you r.i.p.little one xxxxxx

When i heard what had happened to Baby P, i was shocked. Reading the article in today's paper, i felt physically sick reading what the poor little boy went through. How could the social services not see what was happening?? How is the doctor who missed his broken back and broken ribs still allowed to practice?? Sharon Shoesmith should be sacked and the "parents" of Baby P should be sent down for the rest of their lives. They should have done to them the alwful treatment that poor Baby P got. I wouldn't let Haringey Social Services look after my dog. They can't even look after children and save them from a life of torture. Baby P was relying on them to help him. They let him down. I hope they all feel gulity and get what is coming to them.

I couldnt even read the story cos my stomach was turning. how these people were able to get away with this is unreal. social services are there to help and support children and families and this has showed that there system is not working and it has to be changed for the best interest of the kids. /I hear of so many single parents who are doing there best to raise there kids who provide for them and they have social services on there backs they need to prove themselves as parents. Then u read this were social services knew about it and done nothing. The boy was young were was the health visitor they need to put a system in place that kids cant get lost of the system from birth health visitors are there from birth so they would be the best point of contact for social services. The neighbours complianed and no action was taken imagine how bad they must feel knowing that this was going on and couldnt do nething about it. We need to have death penalty for this sort of thing as it is just sick what has happened. America still have it so why cant we be the same as them we did go to war together the government here have gone to soft. People in jail still getting benefits so the people that did this is going to go to jail and us tax payers are going to be paying them. this women who calkled herself a mum should never be allowed to have ne more kids. I hope to see the social worrkers to blame took to court aswell as it was neglect on their behalf.

I've just read the story in the newspaper and can I say that I am disgusted at the abuse little Baby P had to go through, it's gut wrenching. Can I also just say that those STUPIDLY IDIOTIC #?!£*&% social workers should have noticed he wasn't safe where he was. Also that stupid doctor was really idiotic not to see he had a broken back and half of his fingernails were not there. That girl should not get paid at all for that story, also that mother????? what the hell was she playing at letting that erm, well what would you call him, cos he's NOT A HUMAN BEING. I just hope that they get what they deserve and that is to be named for god's sake and lifelong abuse and imprisonment, i know that these are not nice things to say, but they deserve it.

since the first i heard of baby p's horrific ordeal, it has been on my mind all day every day. how could any one be so cruel? the mother may have been scared of the animal that killed her son, but any mother, any good mother, would walk over hot coals for her kids. i cannot believe that she has had yet another baby. i certainly hope that a lesson here has been learnt and that baby will be placed in a safe, secure, loving home. whats happened to her other children? . . .

A 27 yr old mum of 5 doesnt seem to have the right mentality for someone who is suppose to protect their children! What about the other kids where are they and did they suffer in the same way? We need to bring back CAPITAL PUNISHMENT for people who choose to do these crimes and inflict agony on such a small helpless defenceless children. Why should we pay taxes to keep scum like them in prison with a nice warm cell and a access to playstations, they even get the chance to earn money for when they leave to rebuild their life after they served their sentance. when they go to prison they will be segrigated from other inmates for their protection its an outrage. As for the social workers they should all be procetucted as well through the court as this a serious breach of regulations that they have failed to follow, in any other job they would face discipliary action and in some jobs some face imprisionment for less. The same injuries that have been inflicted on helpless baby p should be done to the stepdad. I wonder if posting a comment is really going to make a difference, i remember us being asked to do the same for other children but nothing is being done. The goverment need to stop pussyfooting around with human right campaigners! What do they say about this?

I just cannot believe this has been allowed to happen again. What planet are these so called professionals from. Each one needs to be flogged let alone sacked and the doctor well ship her back to saudi and dont let her work here again. Like everyone else i never knew this baby boy,but i am so very distressed that these evil excuses of human beings meted out such torture to such an innocent defenceless child,this is one of the most evil,horrific things i have have ever read.
It breaks my heart to think of all that pain that poor mite was put through & endured.
I agree with a lot of you,they all should be meted out exactly the same Murderous torture that they put this wee mite through,all their names & pictures should be broadcast Nationally & shown on TV everyday ad infinitum.
Doing the above may make other depraved excuses
for humans think twice.
All we can hope for is that the other prisoners take & get justice for baby P & the prison officers turn a blind eye.
I am so very very angry & depressed about all this outrageous cruelty,i am not one for crying,but everytime i read or hear of this outrage,i am in tears.
Everyone involved,from social worker-Ministers-Lawyer,should be fired & prosecuted for assisting these murderers,a senior Lawyer just a few days before this wee mite died from his murderous injurys said their was not enough evidence to remove this wee mite from his murderers.

How could anyone let that happen to such a helpless young child, and how social services didn't notice anything is rediculas!! All the cuts and bruises he had every time the social services viseted how could they not have noticed there was something seriously wrong. i hope them evil so and so's (won't say parents because they don't deserve it) rot in prison for what they have done.

unbelievable' words cannot explain how upset we feel. we are unable to read the screen as tears are smearing the words. the proffesionals in this case are as guilty as the perpetrators for not doing their job oh' (sarcastically) but it's only child protection obviously not important enough? calling all inmates(not that i agree with breaking the law but as your there anyway!) please ensure they all suffer more than poor baby p, rip them apart at every given opportunity. I could not read this article as it made me feel sick to my stomach. Something MUST be done about the Scum that have done this to a poor defenceless child. Prison is to good for these evil murderers, I think it is time capital punishment was brought back for cases like this. These evil scum should be named. So, the poor 15 year old was frightened was she?? How frightened does the evil cow think Baby P was when he was being tortured & she stood watching. Unbelievable. Every single person who knew what was happening & did nothing has blood on their hands, along with the so called "proffessionals" who were there to protect that poor poor baby.

I have 3 children with my Ex wife and last year my 9 year old boy told me about abuse my ex's new partner was giving to them.
Social Services have been involved since 2005 and they have been on the "At Risk" register since 2005.
I fought through the courts to get residency of my children and failed due to her fooling the Social and the court but the abuse continues to this day.
My Ex refuses me contact with my children because she knows they will tell me what is happening to them.

it makes me sick to my stomache for such a person to even imagine doing such a vile and cruel thing to a little baby boy, i have looked after many baby before and to think of even laying a finger on them makes me full of discust. that poor baby only wanted love and attension if they were gonna treat him like shit they shouldnt have had him!
the stepfather and the mother should be charged of murder and put in prison for life!! not 14 years because to be honest that is no where near long enough they should suffer unti they die for what they had done. if i was a social worker i would feel sik and so dissapointed in myself for not doing anything sooner. obvisouly they are not suitable for there job. r.i.p baby P you didnt deserve it because you done nothing wrong this makes tears come to my eyes all the time and i wil never forget how betrayed you got. if i saw anybody linked up to this walkin in the street i would gladly torcher them just like they done to baby P. :(

i am sat here reading wat happened and i started to cry i have 3 beautiful chidren and if anyone tried coming into my home and hurt either one of them they'd have to deal with me no one did enough for this beautiful little boy he didn't deserve that and the mother should be ashamed of herself for putting chat rooms and online games before her child as a mother you look after your children and protect them from evil predators like her boyfriend... i don't understand how the 15 yr old couldn't escape with baby p or without him and get help i'm not saying for one minute thats it's her fault cause it's not but she should of tried... the mother and stepfather should be sentenced to torture and then death themselves and i don't know why we can't know who they are their behind bars aren't they thank you for reading my comment i'm just so upset by this story tears roll down my face every time it is mentioned..

As a student training to be an Early Years Practitioner if find this story horrifying, to think that we have come so far in protecting the rights of the child, to be dragged back down by evil scum like the adults in this tragic story.

Not only was this baby physically attacked, he was the victim of emotional abuse to the worst extent, to be born into a world without love, comfort and attention is the most heartbreaking of all.

To think that day in day out baby P woke up to a world in which he was a burden and a punch bag for his scum of a step dad is sick.

I hope and pray that this case is dealt with properly as it should be and the scum that inflicted this pain on this beautiful, innocent child should rot in hell.

Social services are paid to uphold the rights of the child and ensure the safety if the child at all times, and therefore they should be punished severely - why have social services if they cannot do their job?

Baby P could not escape, he could not tell anyone or ring child line - Social services were his only hope and they let him die .

May God hold you in his arms and show you all the love you deserve to have.

This article about poor Baby P has to be the hardest thing I have ever read. It is so distressing what this poor baby suffered that I felt I almost could not finish reading the article, and yet it would have been a disservice to the child not to have read and understood what happened.
I say 'understood', I am sorry, cos no-one could ever understand how there are such monsters. My husband doesn't comment much when reading the sunday papers, and he said to me that his heart was breaking as he read it.

Everyone failed this little boy as well as the police, social services, doctors, etc. What about that 15 year old, his real father, neighbours, etc?? They all stood by and did nothing too. Lets not lose sight of the fact that the real culprits in this are the step dad and his mum. They killed him outright and what will they get?? The usual cushy sentence, segregated from those who could harm them and then let out to a life of anonimity, free housing and lots of lovely benefits. Look at them now, they are being protected 'for legal reasons'. It beggars belief but nothing will change for the next poor child who suffers at the hands of their mummys who think more of their scumbag partners than they do of their children. Countless cases have come to light throughout the years and it will never, ever be any different. We can't stop it, Social Services are overstretched to the point of bursting with useless parents who say they cannot cope when in fact they are just bone idle, work shy scumbags who see it as their right to have someone sort their lives out. It makes me want to be sick. RIP Baby P, you are a little angel. PS Some supposed God we have when he lets the innocents suffer like this eh????

The so called parents and no doubt going to be put on a VP wing in a prison, and then get the same protection that the killers of Jamie Bulger have recived when they get released. This is not justice in any way shape or form.

If these monsters were put through the same level of torture as Baby P, nursed back to health and then put through the same torture time and time again it wouldn't be enough.

I have a 2 year old and a 3 week old, if anyone ever tried to hurt a hair on the head of my little ones I would happily run the risk of prison or worse to protect them. I would do this for any child that I knew was abused. why can't the state do anything?

How these evil people can live with themselves for the barbaric cruelty they inflicted on such a beautiful innocent little boy is beyond me. I cry at the thought of such a georgeous litle boy who knew nothing but pain, She doesnt warrant the name 'mother'. The only consolation is that he is now out of pain,may you rest in peace with the angels my darling where no one else can hurt you. The social workers and doctors have blood on their hands today as they were the only ones who were able to stop this, instead they chose to make life easy to avoid paperwork no doubt. Yet another child failed and all we can do is read about it. Like countless others who would have loved and cared fo him, now its too late. I cannot stop thinking about this poor little helpless child and the horrible life he had. It devastates me that nothing was done to help him and he was failed by so many people...how could this possibly go unnoticed??
All the so called 'professionals' involved should be sacked...they knew baby p was at risk...something should have been done. As for the other monsters involved....i hope it haunts them everyday for the rest of their sadistic lives!!

I feel sick the shear pain this little boy went through sends a chill up my spine, I look at my14 month old grandson and think Baby P was not much older. I am truly shocked and sickened by what that poor child had to endure. The fact that the evil scum that did this are allowed to remain nameless and faceless sickens me more. They have no right to be protected!!! They have not behaved as humans so why should they be given any human rights? After many years of purchasing your paper I must admit this was one of the most disturbing items I have ever TRIED to read.
Having spoken to my mom, as we always do on a Sunday morning I was not at all surprised to hear that she could not read the entire article without shedding a tear.
As we were on the telephone to each other I was reading the very same article just as my nine year old daughter came running in informing me that the "BRATS" movie was about to start.
Do you know myself and my husband went through many years of trying for our beautiful little girl who now loves to sing constantly and I must admit I do tend to get tired of her constant "I WILL SURVIVE"
but having tried to read the article I just thank my lucky stars she's here.
May I wish this lovely couple a nice and comfortable stay at her one of her majesty's, oh and please watch your backs.
I hope this little angel is now at peace and not comparing us all the same.

Baby P is in a far better place now, but in this day and age this should never ever happen, what are the social services doing, obviousley not there job. Not only should the socail service workers be sacked but the doctor who did not even see these scars, marks and bruises should never be able to work as a doctor again. The mother and stepdad should hang but that is to good for them they should be tortured just the same as they tortured poor baby P, something must be done, please dont defend these sick people by not naming or showing there photographs, the death sentence should be brought back. Why should we pay for this scum to be sent to prison, they should die the same death.

I can't look at a picture of the poor, sweet defenseless little boy. He was so adorable and when I see his photo....I cry. I will never , ever forget what I have read about what the beautiful boy was subjected to. The worst thing I have ever done to my two step-daughters who are now 13 and 15 is shout at them as load as I could and afterwards I am racked with guilt and feel totally ashamed of myself.

These people, so called parents have no remorse, no conscience, no morals,respect, decency or feeling for anyone other than themselves. They have no souls, they are deseased, sick, vile and repulsive and shouldn't be breathing the same air us the rest of us. I feel ashamed of being of the same species as them and they deserve nothing less than a very slow,torturous and extremely painful death.

The Social workers involved with Baby P should be sacked, why they haven't already is mindboggling. They don't deserve to hounded and taunted and terrorised, But they are certainly all in the job for the wrong reasons, I could have done a better job than them and I haven't had any training in Social Working. They most definately need to be sacked. All the time they are not resigning, they are just making things worse, no-one is going to want to work with them or be appointed to them again.

This story will haunt me and millions of other half decent human beings until the day we die.

I am mortified reading this, I am usually bought to the point of nausea reading anything like this but omg, I am at a loss for words, the tears are rolling down my face and I would give anything I could to rewind time and save this poor innnocent lil boy from the evil fsckers that did this, just how could they? How?

I'm just devestated that in this day and age people can still get away with such atrocities. I say put them in the prison yard and let the wardens turn their back for 5 mins and then hope they go through at least 95% of the suffering they caused only to be bought back and made to go through it again.

Death would be an easy release for them and that, they do not deserve.

It is an absolute disgrace that these so called social workers (highly trained) were not able to detect something was wrong in that house. Turn a blind eye as long as you get your wages at the end of the month. I am glad that his social worker feels suicidal, so she bloody should, if she had done her job properly then it would never have happened.

What really amazes me thou is the 15 yrs old girl who came foward, as brave as she FINALLY?? was at 15 years old I would have known that it was totally, totally wrong what was happening in the same house, how she was not physically sick everyday to witness what was happening still puzzles me.

I hope his mother and step father get what they deserve and MORE!!!! Bring back capital punishment.

it's with sadness and heartness that i know social services are crap, my step-daughter has 3 children and might have twins now or they are due very soon,all under 4, she lives with a drug user and wife beater, doing both infront of the children.
In april this year they were going to take the children into care, we offered to take all 3 children in. they did police checks etc, but nothing happened, we have to keep ringing them for info, in july we were told to get a solictor as we were going to court to get custody of the children, but again nothing have happened we ring and they are giving my step-daughter a list to do, which she isn't doing, but they still want us on the case.BUT now the step-daughter will not speak to us, so we don't see the children and all because we are willing to look after the children in a loving and caring way, is that wrong? The children have been on the at risk register for about 1 1/2 years do we have to wait for something bad to happpened GOD I HOPE NOT!

I hope that the Judge in this case sentence's them to life, meaning life in prison, anyone hurting a child to cause death should be sentenced to life in prison, they showed no love nor should they be shown any type of leiniency, bring back the death penalty and string these monsters up, take there life as they took baby P's life.

Fire every member of the social services that where involed in this case, all should be sacked and also the doctors should be struck off. Send a clear message to your MP's and to our prime minister that full and utter justice must be taken.

I am sending a letter to my local MP as full justice must be served also Mr G.Brown will be getting an e-mail from me.

I have just read Baby P's story I really wanted to cry what he suffered we can only imagine all he ever asked for in life was to be loved and cared for as any parent would do for their child. He was betrayed by the people who was suppose to protect him his mother is equally as bad as his stepfather for allowing this to happen and not protecting her child. Hanging should be bought back for people like this. Baby P was only 17 months old. The doctors and the social workers should be fired and face criminal charges. I hope baby P's mother and stepfather get what is coming to them and a whole lot more! I hope some one in heaven has taken baby P under their wing and shown him all the love and care no one could provide on earth.
No other story in the national press has ever touched me this much and it sickens me that a world that can fly people to the moon and create the internet cannot protect a defenceless baby.
Only when these evil sick parents leave this world and go to HELL will justice actually be served.
Sack the social workers, the head of social services at Haringey council and revoke whatever licences these people have so they can NEVER make decisions about care of children again.

All the comments above are correct. Shoesmith and all her co-horts should be first of all sacked and then prosecuted for the assistance in the death of a minor. Arrogant Shoesmith does not deserve to live in a civil society. Her arrogance when this case broke was absolutely disgusting. But hey never mind her department reached all their targets.
How many more kids in Harringay are at risk Mrs Shoesmith or doesn't that matter.

The Doctor should also be immediately suspended for GROSS INCOMPETANCE.

If I had my way the whole of left wing Harringay Council would be sacked and be replaced by Government appointed officials until a full election can be set up.
I also remember the Victoria Clumbie case and Harringay Council said then 'Never again'.

We MUST make sure that the Judges pass extremely long sentences on all those involved in this dreadful case.

Ed Balls should have them big enough to sack the whole of the councils childrens department and immediately re-instate the whistleblower who was so right and then ignored.

All i can say is death sentances shud b allowed for cases like this, or mayb not cuz that wud b a easy way out for these scummy people, i also feel sorry for the 15 year old that witnessed this i would have been so scared as i am 15 also i cant imagion how scared she was.

i can't believe a mother cud let this happen to someone she bought into this world.

the social workers that let this happen should be fired and feel guilty.

rip u sweet little boy you should not of suffered like them horrible people made you suffer,they dont deserve to be in prison they should be made to suffer the way that poor little boy suffered.we should not have to pay taxes to keep them sick twisted people alive,but i would willingly pay to see them die n suffer the way baby p did.how could a mother do that to her child n how could she call that man her boyfriend if she was scared she should of left a message on a piece of paper for some 1 to find not melt chocolate n hide them injuries to petect that man and well as for that lodger i would of left and reported them n maybe that little boy would still be alive.well and as for the social worker n that docter they should be sacked n never be aloud to work with amy children in any way,they should have done some think done to them as they was well stupid not to examine baby p and believe the lies the mother told them.she had baby p taken away from her befor he should of never been giving back to that women they say is his mum he should of been kept and put in care then maybe he would still be alive and would be having a better life.we should come togther as a commenty or as a world n make sure some think else happens to them 3 wicked horrible people and we should make sure the social workers n that docter get the sack n make ure they are not aloud to work with children ever again.people help bring jutice for baby p.

I am outraged by this story, the maxium sentence of 14 years will not be good enough for these evil ********! I hope they spend every minute of everyday looking over their shoulders in prison. I hope they are beaten, tortured until they are begging to die! I am not usually a violent person, but there is no room for people like this in society and they can not be rehabilitated, there should be an automatic dealth penalty for people that abuse children, who who miss people like this in society- NO ONE! Although a quick death would be to good for these monsters I'D MALE THEM SUFFER! God rest baby P, and rot in hell you evil monsters!

Words cant describe how baby p suffered. I look at one of my kids who is the same age and it brakes my heart to watch him play laugh and grow something that baby p never did because he didnt get chance he was such a beautiful little boy xx The thing is with social workers is most of them dont have children they no what they no reading out of text books a real mother would of gone in that house and new straight away something was wrong i certanly no when my children are upset and when something is wrong baby p is in a better place now but he could of still been here if only people had done there job properly he could of been placed in a loving family home laughing and playing with other starting school growing from a little boy to a young man people like those parents and this goes for others you take a life yours gets taken.

I,ve cried tears for many murdered children over the years,holly,jessica,sarah,jamie and more,but i have never ever felt this level of sorrow in my life.I am traumatised deaply by what this wee soul had to go through in his short life.Everyone around that poor baby failed him.All the social workers etc should be charged with neglect and jailed.The fifteen year old who speaks out today in the paper has done too little too late.Shame on the neighbours who turned a blind eye to his screaming.The mother and the stepdad should be hung by the neck.THE LAWS AN ASS.Why should these murdering scumbags get sentenced to a life of sleeping in a warm bed and getting three meals a day as punishment.I hope they rot in hell.

The most gut churning thing l,ve read in my life animals wouldnt act like this, they should not be drawing breathe. Put them in a room for five minutes with normal parents and let them dish the punishment out. reading in the paper it made me sick that poor baby the torment he went threw how can the mother live with her self i have children of my own i would never hurt a hair on their heads it made me cry to think that baby p still managed a smile how could any body not see what went on is the proffs, all blind because you would have to be 50 injurys on such a tiny baby these people have blood on their hands the tormenters should hang for this an eye for an eye may you rest in peace now baby p your safe in the angels arms and we will be thinking of you god blessxxx

I couldnt read all of the story as I couldnt stop crying I felt so sick & angry! Why is his evil mother & step dad getting protection having their faces blured out they should be shamed, baby p had no protection. I hope they will go through the same torture in prison as what they did to baby p. I feel nothing but hatered for all of those involved. How can anyone do this to such a beauitful angel. I have a 3yr old & he is the most precious thing to me in the whole world. We need to protect our babies & children! RIP little guy the angels will look after you now xxx
