Fergie puts boot in (again)

BIG boss Sir Alex Ferguson will pen an explosive new book that will finally blow the whistle on his rocky relationship with David and Victoria Beckham.

Others in the line-up for a rollocking by fiery Ferguson include Manchester United heroes Roy Keane, Cristiano Ronaldo, Jaap Stam and Ruud van Nistelrooy.

But it is pushy Posh Spice who is expected to come off worst as the United manager puts the boot in over her allegedly controlling behaviour - which he blames for his famous bust-up with Goldenballs.

The super Scot - who celebrated 50 years in football this week - is set to pocket over £2 MILLION for the autobiography, after his previous memoirs sold over half a million.

A ghost writer is being hired for the book, in which Sir Alex, 66, will also open up about his scraps with the FA and BBC.

Roasting

A publishing insider told us: "Sir Alex is determined not to hold his tongue, so this book will upset a lot of people. Fergie and a lot of Man U fans blame Posh for Becks leaving the club, so Victoria should expect to come in for a roasting."

Quick-tempered Fergie's falling out with Becks ended with the superstar leaving Man Utd for for Real Madrid in 2003. It was during a post-match row when a fuming Ferguson kicked a footie boot which hit Beckham's face, cutting him just above the eye.

"Sir Alex has always remained tight-lipped about the boot affair," added the source. "But we expect it all to come out in the book."

Publisher Hodder & Stoughton paid £1.2 million for two books by the United boss, the first of which was released in 2000. Now his deal is expected to be re-negotiated to pay him a further £2million.

The new title will also reveal the truth behind Ferguson's spat with Dutch giant Jaap Stam in 2001, plus his fallout with super striker Nistelrooy in 2006. Fans will read about Fergie's fight with skipper Roy Keane in 2005, his BBC boycott and his F-word rant at Sky's Geoff Shreeves last year.

The source said: "Alex has strong opinions on the people he has fallen out with. Readers can expect a shocking amount of detail about how he saw things."
