FORMER BP boss Lord Browne has spoken publicly about being gay for the first time since he quit in a rent boy scandal.

The 61-year-old tycoon said he was "happier than ever" and is in love with Vietnamese banker boyfriend Nghi Nguyen, who is in his mid-thirties.

Lord Browne said he no longer "lived a lie" since resigning from the oil giant in May 2007 after lying in court about how he met his escort lover.
