A VIOLENT rapist who should never have been let into Britain forced himself on a teenage girl who was about to commit suicide.
Evil Slawomir Blasiak, 43 - who had sneaked into the UK despite being wanted by cops in Poland - came across the vulnerable girl at the top of a car park.
The 15-year-old planned to slash her wrists and throw herself off the roof.
Blasiak talked to the teenager but then tried to kiss her, before raping her.
The girl said she begged for mercy, but added: "He got more rough and I got scared, so I stopped."
Blasiak, who was wanted for robbery in his native Poland, tricked his way into Britain using a false name.
The sicko even set up home just 100 metres from a PRIMARY SCHOOL in Colchester, Essex.
He was jailed for an indeterminate term at Basildon Crown Court for the rape in Colchester. Det Con Tim Harris said: "He took advantage of a vulnerable girl who was in need of help, not abuse."
