Workers have grafted day and night to get it ready to open tomorrow in Workington, Cumbria.
The devastating floods cut the town in two - leaving thousands of families STRANDED on the north side of the Derwent river and unable to get to a supermarket.
So Tesco is playing Santa Stores - and making sure profits aren't dented by a lack of customers.
Retail director David Potts said: "At this time of year customers are busy enough without a three-hour journey to the supermarket.
"But we've never built a store in such a short time before."
The store, staffed by stranded Tesco workers, will stay until bridges are reopened. Then it will simply be packed up and put away.
