Mum-of-one Jennifer Bernard, 25, looks over her shoulder outside her home. She is due to be quizzed by police on Monday over the smash which left Italian ace Cudicini, 36, with a broken wrist and pelvis and his BMW motorbike wrecked.
She has agreed to be interviewed by cops and could face charges if thought to be at fault.
Her father Lynford told the News Of The World: "This is a matter for the police. He may be saying one thing but she may have a different version."
Investigators say it may take a couple of weeks before a statement can be taken from the £40,000-a-week ace.
He has been switched to a private hospital where he underwent surgery on Friday and yesterday. Cudicini's bike was in collision with Jennifer's car in Walthamstow, east London, on his way to training on Thursday. At first doctors feared he would never play soccer again. But the ex-Chelsea ace insists he will.
Arsenal fan Jennifer, of Enfield, north London, would not comment.
Cudicini is understood to have been banned from dangerous activities in his Tottenham contract, which expires at the end of the season.
A police source said: "We're keeping an open mind as to what caused the accident.

i love filtering traffic, the best thing about being on the bike... but car drivers think they own the road.... THINK BIKE!

My hubby is a biker so I have great respect and make efforts to be aware of bikers on the road. However, it's not a surprise to me that some of them get knocked off their bikes with the idiotic things they do.
Even my husband shakes his head in disbelief at some of the antics. It's not always the car driver in the wrong here.

I can't count the number of times I've been put at risk because of motorcyclists. Of course I'm not saying they're ALL the same, but the majority seem to have their own set of driving rules and laws, including appearing from nowhere, filling gaps that are too small for them, and weaving in and out of traffic jams when they should queue up and take their turn like everyone else using the road.
I'm ALWAYS vigilant towards motorcyclists but often they don't give car drivers the TIME to react to them. They need to follow road rules too - especially the distance and speed rules.

WTF! Bike riders should not undertake and zig zag between traffic. If you stuck to the laws of the road we wouldn't have to "Think bike" all the time.

I remember the old TV advert... Think Once, Think Twice, Think Bike!!! Car drivers need to be more vigilant and on the flip side us bikers need to be more careful also
