Hi! I'm Simone Bienne and I'd like to welcome you to The Healthy Sex Show.

For the next six weeks I'll be presenting a series of video guides about healthy sex - exclusively here on the News of the World website.

The latest survey shows that only half of all British people are satisfied between the sheets.

As a therapist who works with people's sex lives day in day out, I know that the first step to improving this situation is to talk about sex - and that's exactly what we're going to be doing here for the next six weeks.

Some readers may recognise me from my work on Channel 4's A Place in the Sun. In addition to my TV work, I'm also a trained professional sex educator helping my clients to get the most out of their sex lives.

I give advice on topics such as affairs, mistresses, sex addiction in women and the benefits of sex.

In part one of my new series, which you can watch by clicking on the video player below, I'll tell you how to make a start on getting everything you want in bed.

My girlfriend and I have sex at least 4-5 times a day. She tells me I'm addicted to lesbian sex, but I just enjoy having sex, only with her though, because she is gorgeous and I can't keep my hands off her. After watching this video, I think I am definitely not a sex addict, I just love have sex with my gf and I love her very much.

My husband and i have been married 21 years and haven't had sex for 7 years.We sleep in the same bed but he never even attempts to touch me.Iv'e tried many many times but he just says we shouldn't need it at our age(56 & 71)but i do even if it was just a kiss.We live where my husband has always wanted to and he has every thing he needs and wants but i have needs too.

I use to have sex atleast 15-20 a day with my parner... But we ve fallen out for 3 months ... not getting mush at the moment ......15-20 times a week ... once in morning, lunch time once or twice then in evening.. thats everyday so sometimes it got over 20 times a week.

I have a stressful job and to me it sometimes feels like it's just one more thing to worry about. We don't do it that often and think that's probably because of both of our jobs. Knowing that I'm not far of the average of once or twice a week makes me feel better about it!
