Kerry is unstable and losing it. She's bipolar and troubled, living with a man she knows she can't trust but can't be without. Brian has none of these problems, he rarely sees his kids, and complains about their mother all the time. He is a waste of space, if his press people do beg him to try for custody, I hope he doesn't get to swoop in and 'save the day'. I heard he wants to move them to Ireland to his mum's. Sounds like Delta is not into the idea of them being in Australia in their love nest. Nice dad and stepmum.

I am not condoning Kerry's action but we should be careful with our comments in her fragile state. How sad we will all feel when we are dealing with a pre-mature death.She's fragile,lonely, and needs tough love,something she never had growing up. Her children need protecting so that this 'addiction'does not pass on to the next generation. Brian is selfish. If he cared he would support the mother of his children and not condemn her. He is partially to blame.

Are Social-Services too afraid of a high-profile case if they attempt to intervene in this 'family's' life? I always thought that Children's lives were Social-Services priority? It seems not if the person is famous. What are they afraid of? At the moment they look like they are not doing their job of protecting these children. The Mother has a drug, mental and alcohol problem and needs outside help away from her dysfunctional family and hangers-on. The Children probably just want their Mother back. Nobody is doing Kerry Katona any favours here. In fact they are all leeching off her and Social-Services are leaving her to flounder instead of giving her the help she needs.

Their kids don't stand a chance, all parents (Kerry, Brian and Mark) only care about is themselves. If Brian had anything about him he would be fighting tooth and nail to rescue his kids from their drug addict mother, instead he's just making feeble noises about seeing them whenever he feels the pressure to do something about the situation. Give it another 15 years or so and they'll have turned into their mother, whether she's still alive by then is anyone's guess. Either way they will be severely messed up kids.

Contrary to your idea that there is "nothing wrong with taking drugs recreationally", there are actually many things wrong with taking illicit substances:

1. Source of drugs - illegal drugs are uncontrolled and unregulated. British Forces are not only fighting terrorist insurgents in Afghanistan, they are also fighting the drug cartels that are killing people unnecessarily in order to fulfil the opium demands of the drug-takers in the West. A poor beginning in life is no excuse for letting your children down, in fact, they should be the reason to want to better yourself. Which Kerry has done... well initially! but now financially and healthwise, she has blown it, rather than rise above her problem past, she has decided to lower herself down to it, and it looks like she is more comfortable staying where she has been.

Aaron - it is soft, no-ball people like you that allow Kerry to go on with her deceitful way of life. You might think you are being compassionate but it doesn't solve anything, she needs tough love not a softly softly approach so as much as you think people are being nasty they aren't. Maybe Kerry can't be helped...at the end of the day she has to do it for herself as much as for her kids and evidence shows that she hasn't, or can't. I would like a representative of the Police to issue a public statement about this. They need to tell us why Kerry Katona is above British Law and is not facing up to 7 years imprisonment for drug possession which anybody else would.

I will never forget seeing a video clip on the front of a newspaper a few months ago, was it The Sun, not sure, but it was of this "mother" ranting and raving at poor Kerry, and her language was disgusting.
