LUCKY Heather Mills is ready to rake in a cool £1.4MILLION profit on a luxury flat she bought just ten months ago.
Sir Paul McCartney's ex - nicknamed Mucca after her porno past - snapped up the swish three-bedroom London apartment for a bargain £2.35m.
But Heather, 41, was seldom there and it was left empty.
Now she reckons it'll fetch £3.75m and plans to use the cash to expand her vegan food company into the US.
A friend said: "Heather realises she has more homes than a person could ever need, so selling the flat makes sense.
"And if she can make a 50 per cent profit why shouldn't she?"
This week Heather put the apartment, in an exclusive area of north London, up for sale. It is in a block of 12 where prices range up to £11m for a penthouse.
Mucca grabbed her flat at a reduced price last December, dipping into the £24.3m she got as her divorce payout after six years wed to Sir Paul, 67.
She is selling it furnished, complete with a silver Buddha in the marble hall and king-sized bed in the main, gold-clad bedroom.
Since last February's divorce Heather has blown up to £15m on properties, holidays and staff wages. She owns homes in New York, Paris and Brighton.
But despite the recession she insists she is not hard-up. Her friend said: "She has decided to speculate to accumulate."

Dump your personal trainer that will save u a bit along with first class travel costs. Oh for gods sake - leave her alone. I love how she is helping our animal cousins. who don't have a voice and doing something constructive with her life. The way she deals with her disability is awe inspiring. What is it with some of the 'great' thick British public? They hate a person whom they've never met whilst stewing away breeding in their council houses, doing sweet FA in life (apart from attacking women behind a PC monitor).
